Our stay at Mercure Nha Trang Beach was defined by genuine warmth and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Every interaction felt sincere and effortless, and the team consistently created the feeling of being truly cared for rather than simply assisted. The location is another clear strength. It makes the hotel an excellent base for enjoying Nha Trang, with everything feeling convenient and easy while still offering a calm place to return to. We were also very pleased with the room quality. The room felt comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up, with the kind of attention to detail that makes a stay feel smooth from day one. And of course, our appreciation extends to all the team members working behind the scenes who help keep everything running so well. Even if we cannot mention everyone by name, your professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed. To the entire Mercure Nha Trang Beach team, thank you for a truly enjoyable stay. I have stayed in several Accor hotels across Vietnam and in other countries, after retiring from work. As a result, it is easy to observe which Accor hotels have the WOW factor. In my experiences, there are Accor hotels that stand out as WOW, and Mercure Nha Trang Beach is one of these. The WOW factor here for my stay is surely the people who look after us. From the minute I walked in until now, the warmth, care for details, hospitality are all indeed world-class. Whether by Mr. Tu, Front Office Manager, or his team members (Ms. Tracey, Ms. Lisa, Mr. An, Mr. Khoa, Ms. Q and Ms. T) or by the F&B Team, headed by Mr. Thien, and including Ms. Mai, Ms. Min and Chef Huy Le. Likewise for the Concierge and Housekeeping, who all are pro-active, friendly and ready to assist. I have already extended my stay twice for a current total of 7 nights. My extending is due to the Teams who look after me very well in this Mercure. The hotel is small enough to have intimate and family-like hospitality. Guests come from Vietnam and all around the world, and the diversity still allows a feeling that we are in among a beautiful Vietnamese community embracing many nationalities. The public beach is directly across the road, and we receive fresh towels from the Front Desk each time we walk across. In my opinion, the Beach compares well to beaches in Sydney Australia, with the bonus of being directly across from Mercure. Nighttime, the sounds of the waves are calming and fantastic to fall asleep to. Being a smaller Accor hotel, Mercure has the advantage of being more of a home than simply a hotel. In short, the extending from 1 night to 7 nights summarises the world-class hospitality of this Mercure.

Pretty good hotel with good location, friendly stay and clean room

Convenient location, comfortable bed and pillow, great view. Staffs are helpful. However would be much better if Windows can be sound proof.
