Some staff were helpful, others were not. We booked the suite and spent a lot of money, however a number of issues in our suite were reported, most not fixed. It took until the final day of our stay to get escalated, at which point we did not want the smell of silicone sealant affecting my asthma so advised the manager to wait until we had checked out. Issues (I have photos): 1. Shaving socket left pulled out of wall, exposed wires, making it very unsafe for my family, including my 5 year old daughter. 2. Cleaning issues: room not cleaned correctly most days, cigarette ends by the inside of our balcony door - again this is very dangerous if my daughter had touched this, as well as my asthma. 3. Bathroom door did not close as the door was misaligned. 4. Shower glass leaked water from shower across our bathroom floor - safety hazard for my family. 5. We were advised water bottles would be replaced daily but then were billed. This was later removed from our bill when complained over misinformation. One staff from room service tried to charge us again, but then said she would speak to someone and come back - this was at 2200 hours, she never returned despite us waiting to put our daughter to bed. Overall we are very disappointed. To end, the general manager only offered us a 13% reduction in bill, which has been delayed still - up to 20 working days, yet we have been charged in full already, instead of simply reducing. At check out we were forced (with limited time for our airport shuttle), to sign a form stating we accepted the refund of €240 as compensation, This was signed under duress with a tired 5 year old child. We are not happy with the compensation offered. Whilst I agree that without raising an issue, the team have no idea of it to fix it. However, on this occasion, we have done all the checks for the hotel, had the bad experiences, not been offered to move our room at any point, and now to end the matter, advised the best compensation is €240, one meal, and an airport shuttle worth €25. Before booking, I was asked by All Accor why I stopped staying at the group hotels as I used to be ALL Accor Platinum for a number of years. I advised I have had better service at Hilton, Marriott and IHG, but was asked if I would try ALL Accor hotels again. I tried this hotel as a test, but the treatment my family and I have received is extremely unprofessional and fell well below what I understand to be the hotel’s expectations. I would like to be contacted by management of ALL Accor to be correctly compensated.

Very enjoyable stay in the hotel, beautiful dining room & lobby, also used the gym which could have been slightly better if ac was fully working, lovely breakfast each morning with a good selection of items, the central location I found to be very good,I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Bari, the staff were all amazing from checking-in too the breakfast staff and bar& Restaurant,always willing to give us advice &help so we got the best of our few days in Bari.
