If I visit once more Trani I will stay in same hotel. Hotel staff was really helpful, kind, friendly. Leo who welcomed us during checked in, tried to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you for great service.

Hotel is big but not well maintained. Breakfast below average. Friendly front desk. Car parking lot access is a nightmare, plus it doesnt have any elevator access to entry/exit luggage

We spent 6 nights at this hotel, it is a budget hotel so expectations were not too high. However, everything in the hotel is very old and dated, the breakfast selection is poor and the service appalling. The restaurant staff regularly starts taking food away up to 15 minutes before closing time and then ask you to leave at closing time. They were very rude with any guest that stayed 10-15 minutes after closing time.
