Gentile Signor T., Desidero ringraziarla per il tempo dedicato a scriverci in seguito al suo soggiorno presso ibis Styles Trani.Sono spiacente che i servizi non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Le faccio notare che il nostro hotel ha standard superiori rispetto alla sua categoria "3 stelle", gli spazi comuni sono stati rivisitati in stile vintage, molto apprezzato dalla stragrande maggioranza dei nostri ospiti; le camere sono state state dotate di comfort superiori rispetto alla categoria dell'hotel (materasso dorelan, televisore smart 48", cassaforte, mini-frigo) in citta ci sono alberghi di categoria superiore con tutti i servizi da lei richiesti ma a tariffe superiori. La ringrazio nuovamente per i suoi commenti e ci auguriamo di riconquistare la sua fiducia in occasione del suo prossimo soggiorno. Location is walkable from the train station. Rooms are spacious, well lit.
