If I visit once more Trani I will stay in same hotel. Hotel staff was really helpful, kind, friendly. Leo who welcomed us during checked in, tried to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you for great service.

Hotel is big but not well maintained. Breakfast below average. Friendly front desk. Car parking lot access is a nightmare, plus it doesnt have any elevator access to entry/exit luggage

We spent 6 nights at this hotel, it is a budget hotel so expectations were not too high. However, everything in the hotel is very old and dated, the breakfast selection is poor and the service appalling. The restaurant staff regularly starts taking food away up to 15 minutes before closing time and then ask you to leave at closing time. They were very rude with any guest that stayed 10-15 minutes after closing time.

Probabilmente gli standard del nostro hotel tre stelle non sono adeguati alle sue esigenze. ottima la posizione per lasciare l'auto ed andare a piedi al centro e verso il porto. La camera senza fronzoli, migliorabile il bagno che è piccolo, può essere usato da uno ospite per volta anche la doccia è piccola , arredo e pavimentazione retrò o vintage. Climatizzazione precisa e silenziosa , materasso comodo e doppio infisso funzionale che limita (ma non elimina) il rumore dei treni.

La struttura ha dotazioni adeguate alla categoria, anche se avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento. La posizione è comoda sia per chi arriva in treno (a pochi passi dalla stazione) sia in auto (con garage a pagamento), a 10-15 minuti a piedi dak centro e dal mare. Lo staff è cortese e professionale. Buona la colazione. Da migliorare la rete wi-fi.
