Staff was friendly and accommodating but the facility needs some updating in certain areas. Air conditioner barely worked. Grounds seem unkept. Beds were not comfortable.

Very tired hotel only cold water shower and lots of things broken in the room . Also the rooms smell of smoke . The staff are warm and friendly but are working hard to make the hotel seem better . Money needs to be spent on this hotel . I’ve stayed in travel lodges which now seem luxury compared to this

I just stayed one night in my way home. I enjoyed the pool, dinner in the restaurant, a comfortable bed. Everything was perfect. I would stay longer!

The only 2 things going for this hotel is location and nice staff. The hotel is old, carperting is in awful conditions (very dirty in the room and everywhere else) and the walls and doors as super thin. You can hear everything the others guests next to your room and in the hall way are doing and saying. Absolutely terrible.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Giovinazzo from June 1st to June 4th and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The room was facing the railway tracks, and the noise from passing trains was extremely disturbing, especially during the night. Upon arrival, there were no shower amenities available in the room, which forced me to purchase shower gel from a nearby store. In addition, no slippers were provided, which is something I would normally expect from a hotel of this category. The condition of the room was disappointing. The parquet flooring was heavily scratched and looked worn out, and there was even water dripping from the ceiling. The two pillows provided were of very poor quality and did not offer a comfortable night's sleep. The balcony was also poorly equipped, with no chairs or table available, making it impossible to comfortably enjoy the outdoor space. The internet connection was unreliable and very slow throughout my stay. Breakfast was acceptable and offered a reasonable selection. However, the dinner quality was below what I would expect from a 4-star establishment, both in terms of taste and overall standard. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Nevertheless, while the service was pleasant, the room conditions, facilities, and overall maintenance were far below 4-star standards. Unfortunately, I cannot say that the accommodation reflects the rating it advertises.

Well located. Friendly helpful staff. But the hotel appears worn out. The door to the balcony in the first room wouldn’t close and lock so the reception gave us a different room. The view to the ocean was a nice surprise in the morning (we arrived in the dark) and the location for breakfast was pleasant. However there were holes in the window curtains, the carpet was very old, and the shower head sprayed in all directions due to wear, flooding the bathroom floor.

The staff were great throughout, that was the highlight of my three day stay. The rooms are very tired, the mattress of low quality, the carpets beyond stained, the shower a little more than a trickle but the breakfast was not too bad. The main problem is the constant tremors from the passing trains a few metres from the back rooms. Try and get a front room if possible. Not up to the usual Ibis standards.

Pleasant one night stay

We wanted somewhere close to the airport after a late night flight. Check in was efficient and so friendly! Our room was basic - no kettle, no fridge or water and minimal toiletries supplied. The bed was comfortable, and he room clean. Breakfast was included and plentiful. We enjoyed the 11am check out and pool. The man on reception was really helpful and provided us with clear instructions to get to Bari by public transport.

Very friendly stuff, everywhere is very clean and the room is very spacious. The hotel has ample parking and a swimming pool (which we didn’t use). The hotel decor is very outdated, especially the room. The bathtub with the curtain was a shocking experience. I think last time the curtain got replaced was probably 30 years ago. The products offered in the bathroom were really cheap and not luxury. The mattress on the bed was basically nonexistent as the bed was rock solid. The pillows very thin and not fluffy. Breakfast was a complete disappointment apart from the barista made cappuccino. The pastries were old, I had a doughnut where the custard in it was curdled. Nothing much else was appetising. No fruit, apart from a banana and one apple. The juice machine was probably malfunctioning as it was serving luke warm (very cheap) juice. I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel experience.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva . Staff molto professionale e attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Camere pulite e confortevoli e ristorante che propone piatti nazionali e regionali sempre di alta qualità

l'hotel è molto vecchio con pavimento in moquette e sotto disconnesso con buchi. soffitto scristato e doccia rotta senza box. tutti prodotti in plastica usa e getta fuori da ogni standard all accord. si salva solo il personale cordiale e preparato
