The staff are very helpful, always smiling, ready to help and advise. However, the condition of the hotel itself is very deplorable. Everything in the room is very old, falling plaster from the ceiling, dirty walls, very old bathroom with a small shower. The mattress is old and sold out, you can feel the springs, the cushions are hard and thin, very noisy air conditioner, old bad smelling carpet on the floor. In general, the only thing that saves the whole situation is the staff. If you are on a business trip, you will not get a good night's sleep. In general, the hotel requires renovation.

From the outside the hotel looks neglected, the rails are rusty, facade is dirty, balkonies are not swept, but the inside is clean, personal is kind and food is diverse and good. all in all we were satsfied

Your reception staff was very helpful in recommending visit spots in Bari, and made a mean gin and tonic. Restaurant staff, who worked the dinner and breakfast shifts were very efficient and aimed to please.

Besides the beautiful location surrounded by Olive trees and close to the ocean, the staff at the hotel is amazing and very friendly as well as helpful about giving tours informations.
