We checked in only to be told the restaurant was not avalable due to a function. It was Sunday, so we had to elect to go to the Old Town, a mile away, to eat. Breakfast the next morning was chaotic, it seemed the staff were struggling, nobody was checking us into the breakfast restaurant. We were then approached when we had our food, to be checked in, only to be told loudly with a lot of people around us that we were restricted as we had a restricted breakfast booking..I was very angry as I was not aware of any restriction, and unhappy with the way we were directed on this.It was embarrassing!! I challenged the staff member both about the restriction and the manner in which she spoke to us. I explained that I was unaware, and unhappy with the way she spoke to me. She apologised profusely, and I accepted that. I subsequently checked my booking which simply stated I had booked breakfast for both days without any mention of restriction...I spoke to reception to explain this, was told I had booked a restrcted breakfast which I could not recall any mention, and then shared my emailed confirmation that it simply confirmed breakfast was booked. I was then told that I would have to pay an additional charge, at which time I refused, and asked to see the Food and Beverage Manager who was not available. I then asked to see either the General Manager or Duty Manager and again neither were avalable. The receptionist told me he would try to resolve this and let me know. I heard no more until checkout when I was again told I would need to pay additional cost for breakfast. I again refused and went through everything yet again with the checkout receptionist. She tried to justify the additional cost as " you would have seen this when you booked" I again explained no recollection of this and showed my booking confirmation email... Unfortunately I do not think this was managed at all well..even when I was told there was an appparent system problem which did not specify the type of breakfast booking, which I was told had now been resolved. Not a good expetience Accor!! You may be familiar with the Hilton " make it right program" if you had followed something similar it would have resolved the issue, and save my wife and I leaving your hotel, in a very negative state.

Over 3 days, air conditioning never worked and room temperature was in excess of 24-26C evern at night or with the blackout curtains closed. Recommend you do not rent room 610 until the AC is fixed.

I am so happy with the service we received. We got an early check in for all 3 rooms. It was amazing since we were so tired after a long trip. Breakfast was awesome.

Staff valued from helpful to useless No one mentioned Saint Celebration and fireworks. Gym shower needs towels and soap. If I order a cab for 7am, I expect it to be there.
