The breakfast was great, the restaurant excellent. Great location. However, the SPA is outdated and does not have pool and space. The garden absolutely excellent for walking and enjoying fresh air.

The stay at this mercure accor hotel was exceptional. The services are amazing with an incredible professional and warm staff. More appreciations to the guy from the bar who served me "the welcome drink" in a pure Italian style. The rooms are very clean but no personal hygiene products like shavers or dental cleaning, but, without a doubt, I will return to stay there.

The restaurant even with a limited menu offered good food and service. Front desk staff also helpful. Room was much too hot, and there was not way to cool it. Spoke t front desk and they said they would turn off the heating. If they did it had little effect. We were obliged to have the window open, however this then attracted mosquitoes and we ended up with numerous bites. Room situation was not a good experience. Room also lacked charging points and l had to borrow an extension from the front desk.

Nice stay. Beautiful location. Nevertheless, it lacked finesse in the service. Airco in the room did nót work. Communication at reception desk was not clear. Diner at the Carducci was bizar. Mistake about half or full bottle of wine. Waitress told us we could bill the meal to the room. They send someone to the reception desk to check wether we were guests … We had to pay directly by card, it failed, the responsible person of the restaurant handled it weirdly, as if we were suspects, he followed us to the reception. There, the credit card payment also failed, they didn’t offer help or the courtesy to bill it on the room, to be paid at check out. Payment with a debit card finally worked. We found out later that there was a temporarily technical failure with the credit card company. We did not feel very comfortable with the collaboration between the rstaurant and front desk. The room was nice, hotel location very close to the main railway station. It is possible to go on foot to the city center. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful! Grazie mille Pierto per il rapido check in!
