Good hotel, but the main positive remark is for the excellent staff at the front desk. Very helpful and effective in solving one of the typical issues that happen when travelling: the loss of the smartphone on a taxi. Thanks for the support!

A nice hotel in beautiful grounds. Easy to get to from the station with a simple 10 minute walk. The hotel isn’t located in a particularly nice area but it’s not too far from the city. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. The rooms are large but they do need updating. If you don’t mind walking into the city then this is a good hotel.

We'd cancelled our previous hotel in Bari, and booked in to this one instead. We should have used Expedia and stayed in the old town. The location is very poor, and not an easy walk to the station. We had all sort of problems with the booking, not recognising we'd used points to part pay, that we were entitled to a free drink, and that we had pre-paid for breakfast. The attitude of staff at the front desk was impolite and unhelpful. We felt unwelcome.
