i didn’t request dry cleaning service, but they did it, and asked me for extra charge. They said i should write special instructions ‘Normal Wash’ . Even if I check the normal wash service box!!! I can’t understand why i have to write special instructions for normal wash, not for pls dry cleaning service; Also, it’s been almost 2 weeks but my mileage isn’t credited yet. My colleague’s one already done. I asked to Front Desk, requested via App menu, and sent an email about checking my membership status, but it never replied;;;; One day i wanted to ask sth to front desk, then the service man told me that “come back later coz we are very busy now.” ???? I am the long-stay customer of your hotel.

The hotel is new and even though the rooms are very small, they are very well appointed. I had everything I needed at the hotel, and the staff were helpful and friendly too.
