A great stay from the moment of arrival. We arrived earlier than expected but were welcomed graciously and our luggage secured until our room was ready. Room was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Great location!

The welcome on arrival was average to poor and little recognition of my Accor status. The room was very small but functional, and the bathroom too small for comfort of movement. The lobby was constantly like a train station and very noisy. Breakfast was very disappointing, in terms of choice and quality of ingredients. Certainly not up to the usual Mercure standard I know. On the positive side, the elevators were very functional and the swimming pool was perfect

We t to check in and told it’s not paid, I explained it was an advance purchase and payment should have been taken ….. answer was check your bank !!! Got 908 ….. not even enough room to lay my case out S$ 32 for breakfast …. Really !!!! Best part was the pool
