Toilet running all night long and some kind of water pump banging all night long, no phone connection to ring front desk, which i reported and no one responded. No answer at reception when i tried calling from my phone, no access to my own internet and Netflix, screen mirroring is not access as then 2 devices are running, I stayed a couple of weeks ago and was able to use my wifi to watch Netflix. No covered walk ways in heat and rain, Overall it was an extremely poor stay. While I understand it is the wet season and you have major works in progress it should not impact on a paying guests sleep.
