It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and the location is very close to the airport. There is also a pickup service. The only downside is that I could not figure out how to turn off the bathroom light (it seems to be motion-controlled, but the censor seems a bit stuck in my room)

Not happy with being told off by driver from airport. Bus broken down and in unmarked car. I rang twice - that didn’t bother me. Got in car and he says Why weren’t you with others?’. Not sure how he expected me to know who he was as I wasn’t given a vehicle description until I asked. The entire way to the Ibis/Mercure desk has a go. Mmmm usually find staff there great have stayed a few times. I hope his day got better. The gentleman the next day Monday who drove me to TAS was very pleasant!

You need to clean aircon filters,it gave me bad hay fever

1. Towels are not provided on first day 2. Western closet (toilet) was not clean I have to flush before using 3. Soaps bottle not filled luckily I bought my own soap 4. Carpet is not clean 5. I am not sure regular inspections will be done in lawn and garden or not I saw a snake before check in while I was searching for my room I request to send escort with guest for night check-ins 6. It is really bad experience 7. No microwave to heat food 8. Fridge was small Need to improve a lot
