We sincerely apologise for the prolonged waiting time you encountered and fully understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after arriving early and having reserved multiple rooms. Waiting until 18:00 to receive all five rooms is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we regret the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We appreciate your acknowledgement of the efforts made by some members of our team who tried to assist and provide comfort while you were waiting. At the same time, we regret that the manner in which the situation was communicated and handled at the reception desk did not meet your expectations. Clear, consistent, and empathetic communication is essential, particularly in challenging situations, and we acknowledge that we fell short in this regard. We would also like to clarify that all guests staying with us are treated with equal importance and respect. We sincerely apologise if the circumstances surrounding room availability led to any misunderstanding or gave the impression otherwise. Your time and comfort are equally valued, and we regret that this was not reflected clearly during your stay.
