All the facilities were very good—the room, bathroom, and service. The food tasted nice; however, there is room for improvement in its preservation, as some dishes were already cold despite being recently served at the buffet. The latte, by the way, was magnificent.

We were greeted & escorted very warmly by Carol when we arrived. Checked in with Teta was smooth and fast. Johannes was very helpful with my belongings, he helped keeping my homemade frozen baby food in the freezer and had a nice small warm talk as we checked out. Room was compact but luxurious. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Shout out to Handiko (former GRM) for recommending me to stay in this hotel. Overall we had a great experience staying at Swissotel Nusantara.

Impeccable service but falls shorts on the property offering. QC is needed for a suite stay. Hot water is not working, no pen and paper and coffee machine not working.
