The pioneer of luxury hotel in the heart of IKN. They got bicycles now for all age, spa, and gym open. I normally have my coffee break here, during business trip and decided to spent another overnights, and the experience was delightful. The staff are well trained and super friendly. Kudos to housekeeping staff Anwar, Ririn, and Raiz who kept my room cleaned, fulfilling my request, assisted and explained me of hotel new features and possible activities I can do during my stay. Cook staff Willy who offered variety of great cuisine to me and my colleagues. Will definitely be a regular here. Chin it up Swissotel Nusantara!!! You guys are awesome!!!
