I spent one night in the hotel. The people are lovely, but the hotel is clearly very new and has much room for improvement. The executive lounge is not ready yet, which was a bit disappointment for a five-star hotel. The poolside bar was not open when I visited the pool, and the staff at the ground-floor restaurant/bar did not know about the redeem of the welcome drink. The breakfast selection was limited for a five-star hotel, and the refilling speed was slow. For example, the best food in my opinion -- dim sum -- was never refilled for the 45 minutes I spent at breakfast. I hope the hotel will improve its service to match its facilities in the future.

In the room, everything are well prepared. I love how complete & comfortable its facilities. The food was amazing as well, but in rush hour, the staff take sometimes to restore. Eventhough i got to borrow the bike for free on behalf of my company name, but I'm kinda wish the bikes are free for public as my stay in another hotel let the guess borrow the bike freely. The guests will be delighted. Thank you
