My room AC is not cold enough even after I complained, room 713. I am sweating while sleeping.

No good at all, not good for member accor

I love how the hotel is situated on top of City Centrum mall and adjacent to Mercure Hotel. This location helped us so well when arranging our wedding recently. Ibis hotel itself was well maintained, clean, and the staff were very accommodating, able to communicate in English and dressed well.

I think you have to clean the mattress layer because there are some spots yellow and out of the that everything is good

Kami senang membaca bahwa Ibu menikmati suasana hotel kami sebagai tempat yang “nice place to stay for healing” — itu adalah pujian yang sangat berarti bagi tim kami. Kami juga sangat menghargai masukan konstruktif Ibu terkait kebersihan area kasur. Standar kenyamanan dan kebersihan adalah prioritas utama kami, dan kami mohon maaf atas ketidaksempurnaan yang Ibu temui.
