A Happy Family Stay at ibis Samarinda 🌟 We had a lovely weekend stay at ibis Samarinda! I stayed with my husband and our little daughter, and overall, we were very happy with the experience. As an Accor member, I truly appreciated the many benefits, especially the late checkout option. It made our stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend signing up for the Accor membership to enjoy these perks! The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s connected to a mall with plenty of dining options, cozy hangout spots, a cinema, a salon, and even a supermarket, super convenient for families like ours. The room was just the right size. While not overly spacious, it was comfortable enough for the three of us. Our daughter even had a great time sleeping on the sofa! The view from our room was beautiful too, overlooking the pool and the river such a peaceful sight to wake up to. Our daughter was especially happy, and that made us even happier. I’d love to highlight the receptionist who assisted us during check-in. She was incredibly friendly and impressively efficient. We didn’t have to wait at all. We were handed our room key right away, and to our delight, the room had already been cooled down with the air conditioning turned on in advance. It was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a personalized welcome letter from the hotel manager in our room. Small gestures like this truly elevate the customer experience and made us feel genuinely valued as guests and proud to be Accor members. ❤️ The next morning, just before check-out, the receptionist kindly called our room to confirm our check-out time. When we mentioned we’d be checking out as scheduled, she informed us that we were welcome to extend our stay until 2pm needed. That extra offer of flexibility made us feel especially cared for. Thank you to the entire ibis Samarinda team for the warm hospitality. Wishing you continued success and keep up the great work! ❤️

I have to switch for room because the staff given the twin room type although the room request the king size room type because not available the non smoke room with king size type.

All the things were good except the smell at the lobby unpleasant parfume scent. The plates, spoons, and chairs in the restaurant were unclean.
