Good experience in MARTHA SPA and relaxing. The room is comfortable and pleasing to sleep. The gym equipment has been upgraded, and the area is clean and safe.

1. Unfriendly staff (no smile, no greetings) 2. Self service (try to borrow plate and spoon the staff asking me to take it by my self to the restaurant downstair) 3. Make up room at the morning, but i dont have my towel when im back from the minesite at 19.00. Try to call house keeping but no one pick the phone up. Ask the receptionist to tell the house keeper but no one come with the towel till i get my own self to find the house keeper and ask for the towel. 4. With ur price and those stars ur hotel have, u show a very low standard services

Hotel is getting very old, room is okay, carpet needs cleaning (many coffee/tea spots), service is average, air conditioner not cold and no windows to open to keep the room cooler, hot water is good, toilet tissue supply inadequate, room lighting can be improved, breakfast is pretty good. Check in and check out process is standard.

Staycation 1 night with family. Having good time with the room and the pool. During breakfast, the food was not as good as Novotel Jogja. Taste so regular. We compared to Novotel Jogja and found big gap in it.
