Overnight stay with family (3 rooms). Somethings have changed since our last time there, but overall still a very well-worth stay. We all loved the late check out option on Sundays and the breakfast was grand (soo many options to chose from).

Overall, I am satisfied with the service at Novotel Hotel. The hotel’s location is strategic in the city center. The receptionist and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool and gym facilities are also good. Although this hotel is not a new category hotel, its cleanliness is well maintained, and the bed and pillows are comfortable to use. The breakfast menu is not just a complement, but all the dishes are delicious. Don’t forget to order black pepper beef Mantau as a souvenir. I am happy because the children also enjoyed staying here. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times and will continue to choose to stay here when visiting Balikpapan. Thanks, Novotel Balikpapan Team. Keep up the excellent service!
