⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable Stay & Perfect Breakfast Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Balikpapan. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The room was spacious and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The highlight was definitely the breakfast — so many choices with great quality and delicious taste. Everything was fresh and well prepared, with options for different preferences. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily stay here again when visiting Balikpapan. Highly recommended!

The hotel was well located, was in strategic location. It was closed to my client’s location. The hotel is well maintained. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Sure will stay again here.
