Security was generally good, although on one occasion I noticed that vehicle checks were not being carried out. Unfortunately, the overall comfort and room condition were very disappointing. The shower drain was clogged, the bedsheets and towels were not clean, the toilet flush did not work properly, and the air conditioning was not cooling effectively. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the bottles used for refilling amenities. These are basic standards that should be consistently maintained, particularly for an international hotel brand. I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping, room maintenance, and quality control.

I was upgraded to Presidential Suites, I don't know why, but thank you for that Novotel, always enjoy staying in Novotel, close to city such restaurant, mall, street food, highly recommended. One thing disappoints me, the front desk didn't offer me the welcome drink, while another guest was served.

A hotel with a good location, very friendly staff and a varied breakfast. There is the possibility of having lunch and dinner in the own restaurant. Cleaning and changing of towels is done daily. The hotel has old furniture and appearance, the rooms are not well soundproofed, and in the bathroom there are only two large towels and the dental kit is only for one person even if two people were accommodated in the room.
