We sincerely apologize that your recent stay did not fully meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies regarding the empty bathroom soap, the uncollected dirty plates, and the carpet cleanliness. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. We are also very sorry for the strong cigarette smell in the smoking floor corridor and for not being able to accommodate your request to move floors. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping and Engineering teams for immediate follow-up and improvement, including better odor control in smoking areas. We truly value your loyalty as an ALL member, and we regret that you did not feel fully recognized during your stay. This will be addressed with our team to ensure a better experience in the future. There's a bug in a coffee machine

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly the presence of a bug in the coffee machine and the condition of the juice bottle during breakfast. This is certainly not the standard we uphold, and we fully understand your disappointment. Cleanliness and food hygiene are non-negotiable priorities for us.
