I stayed at Novotel Balikpapan from 18–26 March and am currently staying again on 29 March. During my March visit, I appreciated the warm welcome as an ALL member, including the card and cookies, it was a lovely touch. Overall, the stay was comfortable, though there are a few areas that could be improved. The in-room phone had some issues and, despite a temporary fix, I often needed to use the floor phone to contact reception. Breakfast was also a bit inconsistent, as some items were not always promptly replenished during busy times. On my current stay as a returning guest, I noticed there was no welcome gesture or acknowledgement as an ALL member, which felt a bit different from my previous experience. With a bit more consistency in service and attention to detail, the overall guest experience could be even better.

Booking via ALL App were seamless as ever. supported with WhatsApp Contact for reservation and arrival confirmation. Room were prepared as requested. Breakfast was as expected for Novotel. Checking in & out experience were also seamless.

Too hot...not like normal novotel, I think AC went broken down.
