Please accept our apologies regarding the empty bathroom soap, the uncollected dirty plates, and the carpet cleanliness. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. We are also very sorry for the strong cigarette smell in the smoking floor corridor and for not being able to accommodate your request to move floors. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the unacceptable cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly the presence of a bug in the coffee machine and the condition of the juice bottle during breakfast.
