I have to wait 30 minutes to get to the room. My ACCOR hotel voucher via Garuda member is considered invalid. I was told to stay and if tomorrow I can't get the voucher I need personal pay

Pros : - I am looking for the room with city view & Receiption allow me to change rooms (from 523 to 804 and then 823). Cons : - When I Check In, The receptionist greet me with words : " Ada Apa ?" instead of " Selamat Siang, ada yang bisa dibantu". etc. - As a Gold member, I don't received Welcome Note in Leclub Accor Envelope, which is a thing that I always received when I check in all Accor Hotels. - I made the reservation in ALL (Accour Live Limitless) Accor website but when I checked in, Receptionist cant found my reservation in her computer, so I've to waited about 15 minutes for the checking process.

1. I dont like that i dont have any water at my room n must go to take it by myself. And the water jug its not clean enough to use. I like your concept to be ecoferiendly but maybe you must be think other way for this stuff. Ecofriendly and comfortabel at the same time. 2. I booked the hotel via traveloka n unfortunately I could not get the loyalty point member. why it so difficult? For example I still can get the mileage point from Garuda Indonesia even i bought the ticket from travleoka. Sometimes you just dont have enough time make a phonecall and there is no room available at your website but in traveloka or ticket.com still available.

Staff was friendly and food also great, however watee for bathtub looks dirty with yellow color. Think twice to using bathtub.

It was very comfortable in the hotel room. I didn't have any problem that matter while using toilet, wastafel, bathub, hot water, bed, tv, etc. For improvement, i suggest to provide good coffee and brown sugar :)

Efficient, Professional service. Rooms were clean and with sufficient supplies. Breakfast was the only meal I had whilst I stayed at the hotel, enjoyed the wide variety of spread offered. Being a Accor Platinum member was always acknowledged.
