I like novotel here and stay for long period of time. But the one i feel not ok is the water from the sink and toilet. Rusty water always run everytime we use the toilet. Luckily the staff contacted me to confirm my experience of stay so i told them the issue. Filter was added. Volume of rusty water reduced. Hopefully the root cause of the rust can be cleaned

Please improve your room cleaning and inform in advance if the pool is close for renovation. I'm staying there for almost 2 weeks, but the pool is closed. Breakfast also needs to be improved. thanks

Toilet was not good as well as bathup.
