I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Balikpapan. The hotel offers a beautiful view, especially if you get a room facing the sea the atmosphere is calm and very relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. What stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff, especially Jeremi, who was very friendly, His service truly made the experience more enjoyable and personal. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great view and outstanding service in Balikpapan.

Overall, it was a good stay. Except the cleaning room time is a bit late (later afternoon). Once we arrived and need to rest, we cannot because the room has not been cleaned. Please prioritize long stay before proceed to check out one(s)

The room was clean and in good condition overall. However, I stayed in a smoking room and the air conditioning was not cold enough, so the room felt a bit warm. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

everything was good, except for the pool. Pool cleaning is done in the afternoon, which is a good time for swimming.
