Unsatisfied due to intolerable attitude of front desk in accomadating extended checkout. Washroom required improvement i.e Cleanliness, exhaust fan seem to be not functioning.

We also apologize for the issues you encountered in the washroom, including cleanliness and the non-functioning exhaust fan.
