It is normally great experience to stay at accord. At this ibis, it is great hospitality from staff. Unpleasent experience i got was bugs. I found 2 bugs in the bed below bed cover. I hope Ibis will improve the quality of pest control or qc in the linen. Cant wait improvement in the next visit.

Ibis balikpapan hotel is suitable for business visits, good locations, good breakfast, good rooms, but should often clean water drain in the bathroom, somewhat congested

This hotel is far from my expectation. I do know about 3-star hotel, but this hotel is not recommended for those who look for good stay. I would suggest you to find another hotels.

As usually my experience at Ibis is so nice, same as this time, I enjoy my stayed at Ibis Balikpapan, the staff welcoming proper, and the room and bed all good, but unfortunate I got not so nice Room, the AC at my room not running so well.
