The room is dirty, the toilet spoiled & flooded with water. I stay 1 night only, lazy to make complain or change the room.

Best experiences, nothing fail, good breakfast, good supper, very comfy, no complaint at all. Very recommended for staycation or just visit in Balikpapan. No smoking rules are very best in here and makes very comfy to stay all day long. I will back

Stayed last week with couple of friend. It was unforgettable moment with the staff, they engaged us very well with full of attentiveness . The room very clean with sufficient amenities. The location was top notch. No wonder , we would not regret to stay again.
