Dear Ms. Grace T., Thank you for your feedback. As an ALL member, your loyalty is valued, and I sincerely apologize for the highly disappointing experience during your business stay. We take your concerns regarding cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. While we support sustainability, it must never compromise sanitation; the issues with the dirty water bottles, room odor, and lack of tea bags are unacceptable. Our housekeeping and front office teams are immediately reviewing our room protocols and staff training to rectify this. Furthermore, your feedback regarding the limited breakfast variety, food quality, and restaurant staff service has been shared with our F&B Manager for immediate corrective action.
