Overall stay was satisfactory. Location was great. Right beside City Square Mall. Near a lot of great local restaurants as well. Walkable to Ferrer Park MRT station. Due to high occupancy, room cleaning takes a while. Our rooms would usually get cleaned late in the afternoon. Weakest point of the hotel would be their baggage people, very inattentive. Guests handle their own baggage because personnel don’t pay attention. When they did assist, they dropped my luggages from the automated lift because the person below was not paying attention.

It was great except too much crowd during the week of May 7th to May12th 2026. We did not got room service done for 3 days, if done towels were not changed etc.. I understand it was too much occupancy at the same time. However hotel like Novotel should be ready for scale given any situation.
