The hotel made a good first impression. The lobby was nice, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent for getting around. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room itself was okay, but there was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which seemed to be caused by the water drains. The air conditioning was very poor and would automatically turn off every 180 minutes, meaning we regularly had to switch it back on. Even when it was running, it barely cooled the room. Our balcony was extremely small and overlooked a construction site. Work started early in the morning, with loud noise beginning around 7am, which made it difficult to relax or sleep in. Finding the hotel for the first time was also surprisingly difficult, as there was no sign on the front of the building. The pool area was another major disappointment. The pool itself was tiny and not particularly clean. Unfortunately, it was also frequently occupied by groups of single guests openly trying to hook up with each other, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for me and my girlfriend and made the area feel far from relaxing. Overall, while the staff and location were good, several issues with the room, air conditioning, balcony, noise, and pool area meant that the stay did not live up to our expectations.

The hotel is a very central location in Saint Julians, walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops. The room was spacious and comfortable. Sometimes I could hear conversations in the rooms next to mine, but overall it was pretty quiet and I slept pretty well. I only had a minor issue on the last day with the AC, it wasn't working and I experience a couple of powercuts one morning.

It was ok hotel reception good. Restaurant well they did not offer accor 30% discount for my membership, and struggled to try and charge to my room, even making me pay for drinks . The red wine offered on the free welcome drink was in drinkable , but we enjoyed tge other happy hour drinks . A real lack of awareness of accor members benefits. The TV in the room did not work my entire stay , appeared internet that drives the system not enough bandwidth and pixilated tv you could not watch
