This hotel was assigned to us through a travel service. It was perfect for my husband and me. Quiet clean room with housekeeping in every day to keep it looking great. Bed was so comfortable and fresh every day. Staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices for everyone. Fancy coffees in self-serve machine were delicious. Never rushed and just a great way to start the day. It super easy to walk to restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. In Malta, you always need the bus or Bolt (like Uber), to get to the historic attractions. We had tours with guides so even that wasn't an issue. No complaints about this very nice hotel. The fresh water dispensers on every floor were very much appreciated to keep our bottles full.

Arrived on Christmas Eve and the festive cheer wasn't evident in the hotel or with the staff. It was just business as usual mindset from the staff. No Christmas cheers or greetings. Staff were mostly pre-occupied with work. Room was clean.

The hotel is in a very good location, especially if you are looking for nightlife and entertainment. Despite being close to many bars and clubs, there was no noticeable noise, which was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced every day. The only downside was that the room was quite hot. On the first day we managed to cool it down with the air conditioning, but from the second day onwards only heating and fan mode were available. The room also had a slightly strange smell, as if smoking had occurred there in the past. However, this did not bother us too much during our 4-day stay.

Nice location between the sea and a near by bus stop which can take you anywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around. If the breakfast wasn't an issue, it would be the perfect stay in Malta. We stayed for a week and almost every day there will be something missing in the breakfast buffet, the eggs and bacon are finished and no new taken out, no fruit, no veggies, on the last day the coffee machine went out and there was no coffee at all. The breakfast almost felt like an unnecessary cost saving on the hotel management side.
