Dear Helen W., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed our location and found the beds comfortable. We're sorry that noise affected your stay. As we're located in a lively area, some external noise can be expected. We also understand your concerns regarding disturbances caused by other guests. While we cannot always control individual behaviour, our security team patrols the hotel throughout the night and intervenes whenever necessary to help minimise disruptions. We're also sorry that you were disappointed with your room's balcony and the view, as well as the nearby construction activity. While room allocation is based on availability and booking category, we always do our best to accommodate guest preferences whenever possible. Your kind comments are greatly appreciated. We are sorry that the noise from the surrounding area affected your stay. As we are located in the heart of St. Julian's, there can occasionally be external noise beyond our control, and we understand how this may impact guest comfort. Regarding the room amenities, we would like to clarify that all Superior Rooms are equipped with a third mug and glass, which are stored in the cupboard. We apologize if this was not immediately visible during your stay. We also regret the delay in providing the additional balcony chair and understand your frustration at having to request it more than once. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
