Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-designed, and the location is very convenient. The staff were consistently friendly, which I really appreciated. However, for a 4-star hotel, I found that some basic amenities were missing. Items such as cotton swabs, facial tissues, body lotion, and even an umbrella were not available—even upon request—which was disappointing. Another downside was the loud music played through speakers in the hallways at night, which felt disturbing (it wasn't coming from the guests but from the hotel). Additionally, bath towels for the sauna should be available on-site from opening time (9:00 am), but in our case they were delivered with a delay of over 30 minutes. Overall, a good stay with strong positives, but there is room for improvement to truly meet 4-star expectations.

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. When the luggage storage lockers are all full, they went the extra mile to help me check whether there were any lockers that are indeed not occupied. Staff at the spa seemed indifferent and uninterested. The room and the facilities are quite new. The pool on the roof offers stunning views of Valletta. There is however a not so pleasant smell in the corridor from time to time probably due to poorly built pipes leading to odour.

Room was comfortable and spacious, but there was no hair conditioner, paper wipes. The most dissapointing part was indoor pool - it was super overcrowded, no showers were working (all broken), clogged up sink in the changing rooms. Wet floors - in general looked filthy and did not match Novotel standart we see in other hotels. Also, no robes or flip flops were given - when we asked the receptionist, she told us you can only get one if you book a massage. Breakfast was super simple - no options for kids, coffee tasted terrible. More pancakes, waffles, porridge woul be preferred. Not much protein options either, more meats, fishes and cheeses would be preferrred. In general we think we overpaid for what we got, so would not recommend this exact place to a friend, as there was many other options cheaper, with similar facilities, booked this one, as I trust Novotel, but was dissapointed. Also 100 euros deposit for what? Still did not get that back yet

The stay and the hotel were very good, as an experience and leisure. However, one thing which can be improved is the breakfast, very limited, repetitive and not much options to chose.
