Spacious and Modern Rooms: Our room was exceptionally large, clean, and featured modern decor. We especially appreciated the street-facing room with a balcony—it was a huge plus that we could see all the way to the bay from there. Practical Tech Solutions: We found the built-in USB-A and USB-C wall chargers extremely useful; they made charging all our devices very convenient. Great Amenities: The bathroom was quite spacious, and having an iron and ironing board right in the room was a very helpful touch. Relaxation & Fitness: The rooftop pool is beautiful and we spent some great time relaxing there. The gym was excellent and well-equipped. Breakfast: The breakfast area was spacious, so it never felt crowded. We found the selection to be satisfying and varied. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00. Excursions: It was very convenient that the hotel has a tour desk, where we are able to book various trips directly. Slow Check-in: We found the check-in process a bit slow and outdated due to the paper-based administration.

The rooms are spacious but with few places to store clothes, the fridge is poorly positioned, does not ventilate and is not efficient. Also, the safe is located next to the fridge and gets very hot. The bathroom door is also poorly positioned, because when it is open, if someone enters the room from the hallway, the two doors will slam. The bed is very comfortable but the sofa for the third person is uncomfortable and noisy. I liked the shower cabin. As for the breakfast, it contains products of a lower quality and limited compared to what I am used to with other hotels in the Accor chain. It is worth a score of 5 out of 10 from my point of view. However, the coffee was tasty. I do not like that even at the time I write this review, the 200 euros withheld from my card as a deposit have not been returned. I would like to mention that I checked out on 28.02.2026. Finally, I would like to thank Mr. Yasin Patel who was nice to us and made our stay more pleasant.

The room was really cozy and quiet. The cleaning staff are really diligent, we let our room to be clean once every 2 days and it was really clean and neat. The curtain helps a lot to stop the light going in the room, since we cannot sleep with the lights on. Unfortunately, there was one day, where we decided to relax in the wellness area, but it was really crowded, especially with kids. For a 4 star hotel, we expexted a bigger swimming pool. The sauna rooms have enough space, but i couldn't guarantee, that in peak season that i would get a seat there. Overall it was a good stay, but we were only once in the wellness area after that day. Thanks a lot for the friendly team. We appreciate a lot of your hard works
