At reception, I would especially like to thank Sina for her excellent service. She was professional, polite, and genuinely helpful, creating a very positive first impression. Unfortunately, my experience with Ivana was quite different. She appeared unwelcoming and denied a late check-out request for 3 PM without offering any flexibility or alternative, which was disappointing — particularly as a Gold member. On a very positive note, the housekeeping team — Shil, Kayto, and Avhi — were outstanding. They kept the room spotless and were always friendly and smiling, which truly enhanced my stay. Overall, while there were some challenges at reception, the excellent service from Sina and the housekeeping team made a strong positive impact.
