Staff was quite helpful & interior was also good. Just one thing hot water kettle was not working I tried many times but may be there was some fault but rest all was good. Suggest to keep some cookies or something to eat with tea

Staff was nice. Not terribly knowledgeable. I was misguided once to the grocers. Also, they did not want to provide change. Good location for shopping and restaurants, but the street that is on is not the best. There are no drawers in the room, only 2 small shelves.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was disappointing as small with very little space around the pool but not an issue since sunbathing was not a priority for me but would be for subworshippers.
