The hotel is situated in a good location and easy to access public transport, shops and restaurants. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern. Unlike many properties, it was very good that the Smart TV was working with internet. Would come back for sure.

The evening shift receptionists were brilliant. I forgot the name of the gentleman, but Sarah was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who handled our check in explained everything and made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is very convenient. There is a bus stop a few minutes away. There is a shop next to the hotel so if you need to buy bottled water, you don't have to go far. There are many restaurants near by. The breakfast is ok and on the whole, it was a pleasant experience. If I were allowed to make a request, then it would be to have non-dairy milk for breakfast.

Terrible. Not a good experience when the temperature of the room is 30 degrees Celsius. It is not freezing outside. I mentioned this several times, and nothing was done. I got no sleep. Had a terrace door , opened it and the noise kept me awake. Hot inside, opening the terrace door a few inches brought in the noise.
