We were stuck in this hotel because our flight was cancelled. Before that, we had spent 10 days in a 5-star hotel in St. Julian’s, so unfortunately, the contrast was quite shocking. We stayed in room 103 on the first floor, and honestly, we couldn’t sleep for even a minute. The room had windows, but they offered virtually no sound insulation. You could hear absolutely everything from the street — and I mean everything. Once the partying and noise from the street finally stopped around 5:00 AM, we still couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the housekeeping storage area, which was only two doors away from our room. The only positive thing about the room was that it was clean. Other than that, it was very disappointing. Even the shower didn’t have a door. I also overheard a lady in the elevator saying that her bathroom had flooded and that she had to mop it herself at 2:00 AM. Overall, this was definitely not an enjoyable stay, and given the circumstances, we were very relieved when we could finally leave.

Pre arrival communication with the hotel was excellent. We arrived early and they quickly got our room made up for us. We were on the 10th floor away from the lifts so hoping for a quiet room as we’d requested. Unfortunately we had a huge crane and a building site outside our windows and the building noise started every morning at 7am! I had asked when I booked the hotel to have a room away from the building work and this was all they could offer. Then there’s the smell in the corridor, it got worse as the week went on, it was like a drain smell and very unpleasant. When we mentioned it to reception they seemed to be aware and said it was likely coming from the rooftop pool which was on the floor above. Fortunately our room did not smell so we put up with it. Room was large and comfortable, very nice bathroom with large shower. It was very clean. Rooftop pool and bar was compact but had lovely views. It was a shame however that the lobby bar was never open and you had to go to the roof if you wanted a drink. All staff friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t return unless we were guaranteed a room away from the building work.

I had a very good stay overall. Everything was great: the pool was amazing, the view was beautiful, the location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The quality of the bedding was exceptional, and I had a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping service was also very good. The only small suggestion I would make, if I didn’t miss it, would be to have “Do Not Disturb” / “Please Clean My Room” signs available, so guests can indicate whether they would like their room to be cleaned. On a few occasions, housekeeping came early in the morning, which was not always convenient, and then came back later in the afternoon. But overall, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

We stayed for a week, overall things were good. Got a lovely welcome surprise too for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast was variable but generally good. Lots of local things on the buffet. Fresh orange juice machine was great, coffee not so good. One point of annoyance, we wanted to. Borrow pool towels for a boat trip ( I even offered to leave a deposit) but my request was flatly denied. The building site next to the hotel was annoying ( if somewhat entertaining!) but not the hotel’s fault. Staff we friendly and free parking was a plus.

Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel was centrally located, close to a range of restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel was very clean, the staff were really polite and helpful and we had a really pleasant stay. The Rooftop pool was a bonus, very clean and plenty of sun loungers around the pool. The food at the pool bar was very delicious and great price! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hot water was missing for full 1 day and night that I stayed being outside around 40 C degrees. I had to shower with cold water. Also the breakfast is quite limited, and all the food at the roof top restaurant has no taste.

Thanks for the opportunity to share my feedback after my stay: the hotel is well located, close to stations, shops, etc, the view for standard room- disappointed me a lot, a wall view was depressing / no space to put all our clothes and no space to dry the swimsuits, the staff is very friendly and supportive and the cleaning was very good, the breakfast should have more options, more types of fruit, and dishes, the rooftop pool is very nice and the view is Stunning, we had some issues with the door lock and the shower and there was a warm water shortage for two days- maybe you need to have more maintenance people that could work extra and solve more rapidly the problems, the noise from the workers next to the hotel was annoying. Unfortunately I am not sure right now if I could recommend your hotel to other people as our experience was not great. Thanks again for the chance to express myself! It means a lot!

Perfect location and they did all they can to make our stay personal and pleasant. Before hoping the asked if the stay was attached to something personal, and it was, so on that day they gave extra shine to the day by putting a nice card in the room with wishes and a bottle of wine.
