I have returned to the hotel after few years. We were so happy and satisfied with averything, it is not only the location but also fantastic staff, they caused that we never forget our stay and will return with great pleasure

The window view was just a building site with a large rock/ concrete breaker operating from 07:00 am. Not only was it loud but also vibrated through our room and especially the breakfast area which is on a sub floor level. The refrigerator did not work. The hotel room was clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. The rest of the hotel was also very clean. The reception and dining staff were very polite and helpful. I do not have any complains about the hotel only really the building site outside of our room window.

The location is great, room was clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, they even let me to borrow an adapter when I forgot to pack one. I would love to come back again :)

The biggest advantage is the location - close to main bus stop at Ross with several lines. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel in theory is 4*, but the reality is much different. It's clear that the best days of the hotel passed and some parts need renovation. Breakfast was ok, but the bread was low quality, menu options rather limited and almost the same every day (we stayed for 5 nights). Huge disadvantage was the building construction works from the street side - the workers start az 7am... So no chance for sleep longer. From the other side (with sea view) should be ok. The staff was really nice and helpful. Recommend for 1-2 nights, no longer.
