Great hotel, cheap, well located (not far from downtown, capital and the airport) love the pool on the rooftop and the people in the lobby were polite! Highly recommend this place!

Hotel was nice, had free gym and pool. Room was okay but the view from the room was bad, had to keep the curtains closed all times. View was to other buildings and windows, not nice. Bed was quite uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible, didn’t get good sleep.

Very bed experience, being diamond member and staying a lot in Accor hotels for many years, first time I am really disappointed. Upon arrival I received a room without window. No complimentary room upgrade was offered for diamond member, despite the room in higher class was available. Upon complaining after arrival we were moved to room in the same class but with window, which was a single good point in that stay. The hotel denied complimentary breakfast on weekends for diamond members, saying it’a not honored there despite Accor website listing it as one of the hotels that do offer complimentary breakfast. On the next day of the stay, as we left the room to go to the gym, leaving the do not disturb sign on the door, we saw a cleaning service lady on the corridor. We forgot something and had to go back in a minute to the room and there was a cleaning lady inside the room, near the window, claiming that she wanted to change the towels. The do not disturb sign still on. We did not request the change and were informed that we were eligible for one change of towels during weekly stay. That was very disturbing and uncomfortable experience, we did not hide our valuables in the safe box. We were always afraid any time we had to leave the room for the rest of the stay and we had to make sure all valuables are stored in safe box. On the day of our checkout I learned that we left one item - Amazon kindle ebook reader in the room. I immediately wrote and e-mail to the hotel, I’ve received response with questions about my stay dates (that should be known to the hotel anyway) and replied immediately. No response from the hotel since then (3 weeks passed), no information about lost item or any other. Overall it was unpleasant experience and I won’t recommend or stay again.

We do not have rooms without windows but I understand that the initial room allocation was not according to your expectations, my apologies for this. We strive to provide exceptional service, and it is clear we did not meet our standards in your case. I am sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the complimentary breakfast for diamond members. We will review our communication to ensure the information aligns with the Accor policies. Additionally, I regret the incident involving the housekeeping staff entering your room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. This should not have occurred, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Lastly, I apologize for the delay in addressing your inquiry regarding your lost item. I understand how frustrating this can be and assure you that we take such matters seriously. I will revert to the department and we'll send you a separate e-mail with the outcome. It was quite dark inside, not much natural light. The location is suitable to get the bus around, but as an area in general it is run down and not at all the beautiful and exciting vibe Malta other areas show. There is building work direct across the street and outside the window there are plant pots of dead plants. It felts very little care has gone into the building recently, especially for the price tag associated which was more expensive the. The majority of other hotels I looked at, of which, I have now moved to and do not regret that decision. The staff however were pleasant during the stay and a lot of the issues are outside of their control to make it into the branding it portrays.

The place is 50/50 high traffic place ! Constructions around ! You breathe just dust ! , apartment looks ok ! Pillows towels bedding are just poor ! Normal nothing special … Pool is fine . Location is ok . The staff is nice they do well ! . I did stay 22 nights !! ….. a lot !
