Bad cleaning service!! I've stayed for one month and the room service visited me only 2 times!! Not mentioning the absence of hospitality from the front desk!! Knowing that I could have stayed for more but it wasn't worth it.

We provide a weekly cleaning service and in case there was an issue with it, it is always best to bring it up directly when here. We arrived, the room was in a horrific state with hair, public hair, unclean toilet, unwashed kitchen counter. They sent housekeeping, room was in the same state. Receptionist agreed, offered a new room. That room was in the same state. We wanted to cancel our reservation, and were denied a refund of our money. The next day they offered us another room. It was a bit cleaner, but far from clean as well. We complained again through Accor directly, got given 2 free drinks by hotel management as compensation. Honestly, horrific experience, would not recommend. Especially the part about refusing to refund us and letting us leave “cause the ro was already paid for” which we were asked to do upon arrival. Never again.

We had a fire call on Friday morning around1.30am…. 17th April…. Came down asap,.. to reception area…. Lots of guest around but … only one person in charge .. there was no communication from her… when the alarm was suppressed… a few guest helped her to fix to us looks like a panel fault…. Even when guest thought it was safe to go up … no one gave us any information about the the alarm…. Please have your procedure and protocol looked into as this was not to a standard I was happy with… if a real fire was actually happened…….!🔥🔥🔥😚

The idea of having full apartment facilities embedded in a functioning hotel seems very appealing. All the benefits of a hotel, plus a kitchenette and a small living are, but thus hotel doesn’t really deliver well on either. The good… roof terrace in the penthouse terrific, the gym is excellent and location not bad. The bad… penthouse bedrooms are just too small, you can’t open the wardrobe, have a small size double that you can only access from one side and one bedside table, the pool deck has no sun loungers and the loungers in the penthouse are so uncomfortable they’re not worth having. The shower in our room leaked and having a cleaning service only once a week, seems miserly. The staff were friendly enough but this concept seems stuck between offering apartments that don’t function well enough and a hotel but with half service… it’s a shame…
