The aparthotel is a 15-minute drive from Valetta, with a bus stop five minutes away. My apartment on the fifth floor was a bit smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable with a balcony. Customer service was great, and the rooftop poor is not to be missed.

Bad service not costumer friendly at all the staff (the older blonde woman at reception) is only arguing if you have small requests, never costumer friendly or solution orientated only that she doesn't have to do something, is really slow too, two loud constructions right next to the hotel, really dusty not recommended...

I had a few mosquitoes in my room but I guess that’s not something you guys can really control 😅

The apartment looks nice but the big minus is that it had cockroach inside, the cleaning is not included for 4 night stay. Pool from the roof top is with nice view but water isn't heated. We paid for breakfast that was a good choice.

In general everything was good, despite the very noise building procedure just in front in hotel! 7:30-8:00 working procedure was sterting.
