Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your recent stay at Aparthotel Adagio Malta Central. As we are an Aparthotel, Adagio does not participate in the Accor room upgrade policy. We do not have rooms without windows but I understand that the initial room allocation was not according to your expectations, my apologies for this. We strive to provide exceptional service, and it is clear we did not meet our standards in your case. I am sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the complimentary breakfast for diamond members. We will review our communication to ensure the information aligns with the Accor policies. Additionally, I regret the incident involving the housekeeping staff entering your room despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. This should not have occurred, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Lastly, I apologize for the delay in addressing your inquiry regarding your lost item. I understand how frustrating this can be and assure you that we take such matters seriously. I will revert to the department and we'll send you a separate e-mail with the outcome.
