Our policy regarding room cleaning is communicated at time of booking and throughout the communication toward our guests in advance, and I understand how this may have been disappointing for you, however weekly cleaning is a standard for Aparthotels. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I appreciate your comments about the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, as well as the positive remarks about our facilities, including the gym and pool. I regret to hear that our breakfast offerings did not meet your expectations and that you found the service lacking. Your insights into the air-conditioning system are appreciated but note that we are a Green Key eco certified Aparhotel and as such, everything has been put in place not to waste energy. I understand that the room can be hot after returning to it after a day out but it will also quickly cool down by switching the ACs on. We strive to provide a comfortable environment for all our guests, and your feedback is invaluable in this pursuit.
