The hotel itself is lovely—clean, well-maintained, and everything in good working order. However, the management of the breakfast team could do with closer supervision. The reception staff seemed completely unaware of who was attending breakfast, and the note regarding a cash payment didn’t reference any specific room number, which understandably led to confusion and frustration on our part. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue at an Accor hotel. What was most disappointing was the receptionist’s attitude—rather than acknowledging any oversight, he implied that my family was solely at fault, showing neither accountability nor a willingness to assist.
