Good stay, concerned about some staff

I had a very good check-in and check-out process, but a couple of episodes during my stay of 5 nights left me very unsure about the customer care approach of some specific members of the staff. I'm a Gold member of All Accor and also All Plus Voyageur, had to email back and forth 3 times with some booking staff before a Supervisor finally jumped in to put things right about my polite requests. At some point during my stay, I asked for my towels to be replaced after 3 days, and this led to an embarrassing long conversation with a guy at the reception I had to reach for 2 times to finally manage to get some fresh towels. This was the same guy who suggested I go to shops to buy a coffee bag when I asked for an extra one, it was my last of 5 nights there, paid at a very premium price point. "Coffee bags are complimentary only at arrival", his words. Appalling the lack of customer service, I wonder why some people are in touch with the public when they have not even the slightest care in the world. For the careless manners of one, a not-very-positive review unfortunately affects the whole Accor brand and the Adagio Malta team. Sorry for that. Wish you anyway the very best.

Everything was well, especially a helpful and kind staff. But the breakfast options were not so good, the food was cold and not tasty.
