Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was clean; however, most of the equipment appeared outdated. The bidet was broken, the sink had yellowish stains, and there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. The elevator was very dusty and seemed neglected, as it was not cleaned throughout my five-day stay. The breakfast experience was disappointing, with limited menu options and food lacking flavor.

Great overall experience. Front desk allowed us to check in hours before 2pm and accomodated our request for the late check out. Room was clean and big enough at such a low price.

I love the hotel which I got good rates per night. Breakfast is OK as it is a budget hotel. Multiple plugpoints available in the room. Good hot shower. Very practical and reasonable for a solo stay. For All Platinum, welcome drink was given and late check out until 4pm.. Many shops available next to the hotel like 24hours mart and restaurants. If you are looking for Chinese Muslim restaurant, its available at the shoplots next to the hotel building. You can also walk like 600m to Aeon Mall for foods or shopping. Great budget hotel..!!

Room clean, but welcome drink can of soda, kettle and cups in the room but no coffee etc, no toothbrush, breakfast not fit for my dog. Worst IBIS, ever. WIFI useless
