Staffs are nice, room and bed are comfy. plus is bathtub for soaking. Breakfast choice menu both fried rice and noodle soup tasted good. Value for money. only minus point for wifi signal on 21st fl is unstable.

Good location, very clean room. I had pre-paid on check-in and they said something about running the card upon arrival. I showed them on the app the amount due and they said something about in Cambodia they only charge your card upon arrival. It was not handled well, most people don't want to pay twice when they have already paid online. Even if this is the system, they need to communicate this to guests differently. Very quiet first night, 2nd night (Friday) large groups of partiers came in and the Ibis was more like a hostel, young people drunk and running up and down my hallway, shouting. This stopped around 11 PM but started up again very early in the morning. I went back to sleep, but if you are there over the weekend, be aware that there will be groups of kids partying. No acknowledgement of accor status, no benefits provided. I just needed a quiet, clean place to stay and this was good. Nice bathrooms. I'd return but be hesitant to do so over the weekend.

The rooms are very smelly due to cigarette smoking everywhere. There is no benefit for members. There is no upgrading
