The staff are helpful and nice. But the building itself needs to be maintained and clean well.

The room was immaculate. We also loved the powerful shower and the view from the 18th floor. We needed help to get the fridge and safe working but that was okay. Breakfasts were nice. The only reason I haven't given this a 10 star rating is because the wifi was very weak and slow, almost unusable. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here.
