Lovely new hotel in Great Location

This is a brand new hotel that had its soft opening in June 2024. It's not 100% operational, so some floors remain closed, and the executive lounge can't yet serve breakfast. But it should be fully functional very soon. Everything is ready to go. It is a wonderful addition to Phnom Penh and I had a great stay. The location is great with many wonderful restaurants just beside the hotel. So it's a very convenient base to explore the city. I could see the river and the royal palace from the floor to ceiling glass windows in my room. Nice views. The deluxe room is large, with ample space to walk around. The bathroom equally large with a nice shower though there is no bathtub. The colour scheme and overall decor of the room is minimalist and pleasant, white and greys, with tinge of blue signifying Novotel, which I loved. The mini bar is well stocked with free tea and instant coffee provided. There is a kettle to boil water. Creamers would have been good addition as some guests may want to drink tea with milk. They have a reasonably large pool on the 5th floor, a spa as well as a well equipped gym. The gym is small but nicely equipped with all you would need. Finally, the staff are amazing. Everyone went out of their way to help. They sought feedback and wanted to make this new hotel great. My compliments to all of them, and to Ms Natalie Baumanis for making my experience a wonderful one.

Good Stay with very nice hospitality from hotel staff. Check in / Check out went smoothly.. Unfortunately, Before check out - All elevator won't work. Feel unsafe. Like getting lock down in the bed. No service protocol to recover the situation. Informed hotel staff, only things happen is come to elevator and taking photo.of wording " in.service"
