From check in to check out it was flawless. It was very well located. Near to cafes, restaurants and mall. Room was spacious. I was given a corner room. Hotel just opened last June. I was given an 8pm late check out. All staff were very well trained, but Soph went above and beyond. Thank you Soph. We will be staying there again next year.
