I didn’t like the Basin set up. I got hurt at night in Dark. The breakfast option was very limited for me. I had to avoid the main options every norning because of Pork. The hotel staff promised me to prepare Halal noddle soup twice during my stay but I didn’t get it any single morning. I was mostly eating fruits and my least favourite british breakfast. The coffee was good though.

I appreciate having been given a complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room which was spacious, well appointed with a good facing. The welcome fruit basket was a nice extra. Service was perfect from check-in, restaurant, housekeeping to the Executive Lounge.

All 100%, but didnt like the bathroom setup (not private from Bed), this would stop be returning

* The hotel is very conveniently located — in BKK 1, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and just a short ride or walk to many of Phnom Penh’s central areas. That makes it easy for both sightseeing and dining out. * Hotel staff are often described as friendly and helpful, which helps when you need assistance, or late-night transport (e.g. via Grab), or local guidance. * Amenities like a gym, pool, spa, and a decent hotel restaurant make it a comfortable stay if you want to relax onsite
