It is always a pleasure to come back to Novotel BKK 1. It is a nice, modern hotel in a convenient location. The staff are awesome. The F&B offer is excellent (the roof top bar is awesome) and the facilities like gym and pool are great.

Thank you for another exceptional stay at the Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1 - your hotel feels like home when I'm in Cambodia. Liza continues to go above and beyond - the lounge is always an exceptional experience. Thank you for a wonderful upgrade, it always make a difference. My only feedback is on the coffee at breakfast (I am a coffee 'snob' so my standards are very high - so I understand that I have higher expectations than most guests). The manager tried to tell me that the coffee coming out of the automatic machine is the same as the proper Barista made coffee - yes, the beans might be the same, but the quality of the coffee is no where near the same. Barista made coffee should be way better, and given the quality of the machine you have, you coffee should be better than getting one from Browns. I ended up just going to browns for good coffee as having it from the automatic machine isn't great. I didn't feel like the quality of breakfast was as good as before, and the muesli definitely wasn't as good as previous times.

Family of 6 booked for 3 rooms. We were there from 31stMay to 2June 2026. From the first step into the hotel, we were treated with much professionalism and courtesy. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that we are located on the same floor and also ensure that our queries being resolved in minutes. Special mentioned for the following staff who made our stay GREAT. Miss Monika, Miss Sieklyn, Mr Sanith and the Manager on duty Mr Sopheap. You guys are a bunch of great staff who really take care of us! Thank you - kindly. Will definitely stay here again. Double thumbs up and highly recommended.
