room was big and clean. however, i believe it is due to cold room and heat from outside during the day, the windows making sound even late at night. which can be bothering. staff at breakfast is very friendly!

One of the best Accor hotels, although it is a 4-star hotel, the service was 5! The excellent service started when we just arrived, the staff helped to carry our luggage. Everyone at the front desk was so polite. The room was clean, spacious, and had a good view of the city. We also had dinner at the “avove 11”, the view there is awesome. Also, there was a lot of choice at breakfast, we came there before the opening (~6:20), everything was very aesthetically laid out in small pots. When we return to Phnom Penh, we will stay at this hotel again.
