I have visited Novotel several times, but the soundproofing is not good this time. Besides, I left a note for room cleaner to ask for keep the tableware once, but the tableware are still taken.

Front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and doorman staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I was quite embarrassed and surprised when the strap on my sandal suddenly broke, but your team responded so quickly and helped me right away, which truly touched me.
