I'm not sure if this is my fourth or fifth time staying here, but it's definitely been more than four months in total. I want to say that I am very happy to stay here. It feels so warm and welcoming, like being back home. Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming, from the bellhops and receptionists to the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and even the management. Everyone has been so kind to me, always smiling, greeting me, and bowing respectfully whenever we meet. The restaurant staff know I like watermelon smoothies and matcha latte, so they bring them to me every morning. Even the lounge staff prepare watermelon smoothies for me. This is just a small sample of the wonderful service I've received from everyone here. Thank you so much!

Novotel Phnom Penh offers an experience that goes beyond that of other regular Novotel hotels in Asia. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a corner room with a 270-degree view of the river and city. The hotel also features a great executive lounge and a rooftop bar with a spectacular view. The front desk, lounge staff, and bellboys were all very attentive and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Phnom Penh in the future.

Issues in my room, Some lights were not closing properly and someone had to come to fix it. Shower hot water also was not working properly. Aircon main switch also not working properly, had to on and off for the compressor to start working. Gym was good Staff was good Just a pity for 1 day stay

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1 at the beginning of August 2026. The staff was always very friendly and attentive, children felt very welcomed from the very beginning and breakfast and all the facilities are amazing.
