Comfortable stay But air con leaking and shower is unable to drain normally causing overflow of water to the room

The location is really incredible, coffee shops and interesting shops all around, and easy to the riverside also in 10 mins. The team were amazing, starting with Liza who was already in touch before I stayed, very nice and Kim in the club lounge, amazing service and they were always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The lounge is great and I was very recognised for being platinum. Also at reception Sam Sopheap was great and Daxy, and always helping me was Siklyn Sin, such a sweet person. A big thanks also to the maid in the bedroom, such a great job and always happy, her name was Sreymey, a credit to the hotel she was wonderful.
