Overall, it was ok. but i have mention that i will arrive early so i request early check in but when i arrived the hotel staff told me that room not ready yet. And I told them that I really need to room to rest then they offer the room on executive floor which I have to pay extra charge. Actually, I don't mind but I think is not the way that I suppose to do. And another issue is when i check out the staff give me the bill for the for the whole period even my room is pai in advance so if I didn't check mean i will pay double, so I don't understand how the hotel system does not organize and they don't even know that I have credit card deposit.

This is a great hotel if you want to be pampered and near the hustle and bustle of the central business district which is BKK1.
All the staff are great; and, if you are an Accor Diamond Member with Lounge access, Lisa will look after you well in the Executive Lounge.

when i stayed at the BKK Phnom Penh Novotel for 5 nights in August i was very impressed by the staff -- from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the executive lounge. All demonstrated a strong professionalism and made me feel very comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Phnom Penh BKK1. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well located, making it a great base for exploring Phnom Penh. The overall service was warm and attentive, and the executive lounge was a particularly nice place to unwind.
A special mention to Liza at the executive lounge, who truly stood out during my stay. I'm not sure if this is my fourth or fifth time staying here, but it's definitely been more than four months in total. I want to say that I am very happy to stay here. It feels so warm and welcoming, like being back home. Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming, from the bellhops and receptionists to the cleaning staff, kitchen staff, and even the management. Everyone has been so kind to me, always smiling, greeting me, and bowing respectfully whenever we meet. The restaurant staff know I like watermelon smoothies and matcha latte, so they bring them to me every morning. Even the lounge staff prepare watermelon smoothies for me. This is just a small sample of the wonderful service I've received from everyone here. Thank you so much!

Novotel Phnom Penh offers an experience that goes beyond that of other regular Novotel hotels in Asia. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a corner room with a 270-degree view of the river and city. The hotel also features a great executive lounge and a rooftop bar with a spectacular view. The front desk, lounge staff, and bellboys were all very attentive and helpful.
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Phnom Penh in the future.
