We truly appreciate your detailed comments, as they help us understand where we can improve and ensure a better experience for future guests. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the great location, our facilities, and the design of the hotel. However, we deeply regret that your stay was impacted by a few areas where we fell short. Regarding your check-in experience, we sincerely apologize for not providing the necessary information about the availability of toothbrush and shaving kits because we focus on sustainability all amenities are set up upon request only. This is certainly something we will review with our front desk team to ensure better communication and efficiency for future arrivals, especially during late hours. We also regret that the scenic view you were hoping for was obstructed by a nearby building. While we cannot control the surrounding development, we do appreciate your feedback and will work to better inform future guests about the view from different room categories. Most concerning is your comment about the noise levels in the room. We understand how disruptive this can be, especially with the busy surroundings. Please be assured that we are looking into potential improvements for soundproofing, as your comfort and rest are our priority. We also appreciate your comments about breakfast.
