3 week stay - friendly staff, good facilities. However, the airconditioner did fail twice in my room (834). Gift of fruit platter was well received. A note of improvement - please link the lifts. The left and centre lift are linked, the right lift is not syncronished to the other two. This will help in efficiencies and of sharing the load between the lifts.

The main issue during my stay was the air conditioning, which did not cool the room sufficiently. This was my second stay, and the AC settings seemed to be the same as before. It might help to adjust the cooling settings slightly to make the room more comfortable. The TV also did not have a network connection. Additionally, the complimentary water bottle was not completely full (about two inches below the top), and there was some moisture evaporation, although the taste was still fine and it did not bother me. Overall, we had a great stay.
