The glass water bottles in the room are a problem. Foreigners need sealed plastic bottles. I hate plastic. But how do I know where your water came from? I assume you put in the water and cap the bottles on site. If so, are the bottles fully washed. Are the staff properly trained. One point of failure and your guests could get really sick. Bottles can be sterilized but it requires equipment and training. Maybe the first person trained does it well, but what about the person They train. I cant trust it and don't want to risk getting sick on a work trip. So... please provide sealed commercially purchased plastic water bottles.

This was the final hotel on our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The room, the breakfast, the gym and the staff all contributed to make it an enjoyable couple of days. We liked the decor and style of the hotel. The highlight was having a beer in the roof top bar and watching the Phnom Penh sunset.

Not at all business hotel. The rooms are very tiny. Washrooms are very very small. Washbasins are located inside the bedroom. Unfortunately’ I booked this property for 6 nights and overall has horrific nights.
