2 pillows smelled like human sweat. Houskeeping came quickly and exchange the pillows. Several people were talking very loud in the hall very close to my room at 420am. They woke me up several times. Then again around 5 or 530am. Aside from that, the front desk people were 100% the best service. The gym, pool, restaurant and my room were wonderful and at a great price. The hotel is well located. Even though the 2 problems, I will come back and stay again.

RAK, who had received me warmly and friendly late at night，consistently helped me switch to a room with a better river view and personally delivered the new key card upstairs. His attitude was extremely warm and welcoming, making me feel as if I were basking in a gentle spring breeze.

Stayed many times, modern, trendy hotel, great staff, nice rooms. My 2 small criticisms, no milk or creamer in the rooms to make coffee or tea and being an Accor Platinum, the welcome drinks are limited to beer or gin and tonic

I had a nice 2 day stay. I do wish there was a desk in the room. It would also be great if the breakfast options were listed for items containing gluten. Also, putting the gluten free bread among the gluten-containing bread means that the GF item will likely be contaminated. Best to fully separate the gluten free bread in order to be safe.

Second time here. First came here when it opened. Back then had new teething issues but now the hotel has settled in well. Rooftop bar expanded and has a nice funky vibe. Location easy for tuk tuk drivers to pick us up using grab app. Room is modern, functional. Situated north of sisowath Quay . Good area to stay in the city. Staff members smiley and greets us each time. One note: Jasmine smell as air freshener is not well received for us. Perhaps try another scent, however this is our opinion. It may be okay for others.
