It is a nice hotel and well located. The breakfast was good. The coffee machines not always working. The rooms are nice and pretty big. The hotel is new and very clean.

Rooms were very clean, the location is quite close to the center, the restaurant was good. Breakfast should be improved, as many advertised products were not provided. Moreover, many products from the weekend missed on Monday, which made it be closer to a max 3-star hotel. At the same time, the massage service should be reviewed as the massage lady tended to cheat and lie on the duration - really dissapointing. A swimming pool would also be good in a 4-star hotel and welcome drinks for the children as well (same it happens abroad)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was very clean, and breakfast was excellent — rich and delicious. The staff were very friendly. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the fortress. The price of the accommodation was extremely good value. We will definitely be back.

Not only the hotel is well located in a quiet area but we had a really great stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was well lit during the day, with good blinds for the night.

-Rooms do not have nets to keep away insects out of the room in case windows are open. Such aspect is problematic as the hotel staff keeps windows open and end up arriving in a room where insects are present. - The hallways are kept unventilated and have a bad smell which is very problematic for people with asthma. -Last order is taken at 9PM which is a bit late. A suitable time that is regular for any decent hotel is 10:30. -More training is needed for the personnel taking orders as they require further assistance when doing payments as not familiar with system/English terms. -Another observation is that the hotel should allow to add costs of the dinner to the room number and payment be done in the morning not to lose evening time. This lack of feature is unprofessional and is possible at any cheap hotel in Romania. -Based on the above would not revisit the hotel unless corrections are implemented.

I stayed at this hotel before and I still want to visit you again. I like the quality of the rooms, the cleanliness and the most of the staff. Also, the sauna is a real attraction for me. Unfortunately, there were some little things that dropped the review from 10 to less than 8: - you have payable parking, but you don't permit reservation - the guardian check the sauna with a very misterious and arrogant way (he is dressed and the rest of the people is not - not a good impression) - the bread (and a lot of other things) are finished more than 15 minutes before the end of the "fabulous" breakfast (here the staff was friendly enough to bring, but only at request) - at night, there is no place to buy water (the receptionist doesn't have access to a fridge) - you can have a vending machine in the lobby It's a pitty that you don't pay attention to small things that are made especially to make a good impression for a 4 star hotel.
