Dear Tony, Thank you for taking the time in providing feedback regarding your recent stay. The carpark is operated by the sports-club so I am unsure what the glass doors were locked. I will pass on your feedback to them directly. I can see from your reservation that you booked a Standard Triple Room which defaults to 3x single beds unless arranged prior. I can see the team moved you into a twin room to make into a king room as per your request. Furthermore, on the reservation you had booked for one person. I will work with the new staff member further to ensure that every guest has a quick and smooth check-in process.
