Excellent hospitality, from start to finish. Thanks, in particular, to Sacha and Youi for the warm and caring welcome. Likewise to Nam and Kevin for the service at checkout. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, being on Floor 10. I do understand how guests may feel needing to log into the Sports Club for access to the hotel lift. For me, as a member of the Sports Club, was not as out-of-the-way. Congratulations to the hotel staff for such a warm stay.

Stayed x2 nights: pre & post a Sydney wedding, very central to shops, amenities and M5.

Hi Liza, Thanks for your comments and I hope the wedding was beautiful! We're currently working with the hotel owners on a plan to remove the master switch and key card in the wall situation and replace it with just the normal light swtiches. There is only a handful of rooms that have this and it's certainly about time that they go. Thanks for raising this and please know we're working on it. Brian Hansen General Manager
