It was a pleasant New Year holiday experience for my girlfriend and me. The room was very comfortable, the hotel décor was beautiful, and the food was excellent. In addition, the employees were kind and welcoming to the guests. I would like to share two constructive suggestions: first, the parking area is not pedestrian-friendly, as there is no direct entrance from the parking lot to the hotel and guests must walk along the vehicle road. Second, there was no SPA discount for hotel guests; offering special benefits or reduced rates for guests compared to walk-in customers would be a valuable improvement.
