We stayed for 5 nights. The staff was so kind and took really good care of us. We were really satisfied with that. We liked the pool and the fitness center but we didn’t like the food at the restaurant and the breakfast. We also thought that the coffee was not good at all. Overall it was a nice stay for us.

I chose your hotel because of its beautiful location and the name Swiss Hotel. I received a medium level service for the price I paid. The staff was not trained enough. A lot of equipment was broken and took time to repair. For example, the phone was broken and the guest service told me that they could not fix it because the IT staff was on holiday :) The room door opened by itself at midnight. Because the lock is broken. The next day, the staff entered my room with a "do not disturb" sign to fix the door. The outdoor pool was very shallow by normal standards. (110cm)

We would like to clarify that the information regarding the IT staff being on holiday is incorrect. Our IT team is always on duty and ready to resolve any technical issues. We apologize for the misinformation you received. Additionally, the malfunctioning door lock, which caused it to open by itself at midnight, and the subsequent intrusion into your room despite the "do not disturb" sign, are unacceptable and do not reflect our standards. We also regret the health issue you faced due to the food and the challenges you encountered in getting assistance due to the broken phone. It is troubling that you had to buy water from a supermarket and were then stopped by security upon your return. This was not handled appropriately, and we apologize for the distress this caused. Your feedback is invaluable for us to address these problems and improve our services. Please rest assured that we are taking immediate steps to rectify these issues and ensure they do not recur. We stayed 2 nights with our 2 kids. All the staff were very well educated, always smiling, finding immediate solutions to any of your problems right away. The hotel is right in the heart of Ilıca, walking distance to many restaurants bars and a quick drive away from locations such as Alaçati & Çeşme. The pool, beach are all very well maintained and very suitable also for your kids. The kids club is filled with very skillfull & professional staff. SO our overall experience with this hotel has really been superbe

We were upgraded during our stay to a super corner suit but the hotel was very quite and the beach was still under construction.
