Only housekeeping was bad, workers were very noisy and ahouting each other in the morning wakening us early in the morning. They were not very well cleaning even the glasses are left with lipstick stains. They did not put missing sanitary just tidying the room and leaving. Apart from housekeeping, it was great service in the restauranst etc. One of the best bakeris we experinced during breafkast. Why I scored as 8 is only because of bad housekeeping experience.

Bad holiday

I can able to check-in my room after 5 pm. And their excuse is "the room is not clean". I have to insist to get the room than they have to decide to change my room however I lost all day. Also nobody apologize. My room was not cleaned and the towers were not changed after 3 days and did not changed 3 days again. Internet mostly is not working at room. Breakfast is not good when I compared with the money I paid. Pool service is worse as it was not easy to order something. You have to wait min. 30 minutes to find a stuff. I several times inform customer service and ask I want to talk with the manager but nobody call me and I never see the manager. During breakfast service time, if you give tip to stuff, they do table reservations or serve extra coffee or carry your bags. Same process is also applicable at the pool. I noted that management team was not around to control what is going on. I paid 7 days but can use the facility only 6 days. Customer Service lady told me that as it is end of season, all stuff is tired so there are problems at the service. This excuse could not be acceptable. I also knew that hotel is very new but there are broken pieces at the room and there is no hot water at the shower. As a result, I prefer Swiss Hotel to have a very nice holiday after one year hard work but could not get any proper service when I compared the price I paid to hotel or the food. It was a bad holiday experience for me and I am not pleased of the stuff approach.

The only problem was lack of staff. You need to wait at least 30mins to get someone for order. Approximate time reciving order was again 30 mins. Showers were very dirty at the beach. As staffs were very kind and eager to help we disgard all negative things. Food and drinks were good.
