This hotel is stunningly decorated with beautiful grounds. The facilities are great including the spa area.
The majority of the staff are welcoming - especially Alara, she was very polite, friendly and welcoming. However there are a couple that let it down and made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The food at the pool bar is overpriced in my opinion - nearly £30 for a salad! You wouldn’t even pay that in England. But overall my stay was very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.

At one point, our room had a strong chemical smell. We mentioned it to the staff and they immediately gave us another room, so it wasn’t a big issue for us at all. We were actually very happy with how quickly and easily they handled it.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We also really liked the bar downstairs – nice atmosphere and a great place to have a drink in the evening. The gym is also very good and well equipped.
Two small things that could be improved: the minibar could be restocked more regularly, and we found the padel courts quite expensive, especially as hotel guests.
Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

It was magnificent as always. Solely, I am Silver Member currently and I have free drink option in the first arrival day to the hotel. Hence, a staff member has knocked my door to obtain my order and opened the door with her key card without permission. This is totally inappropriate because I was not available at that time. I hope I got it wrong.
For the second time, my door has been also checked and tried to open by the staff member while I am in the room. When I opened the door, I saw a staff member trying the other doors with the same approach, with the card she had. This was really disturbing and bothered me since it happened two times in a single day with different staff members.

Hesitant to share how good this Hotel is and not keep it a secret. But kidding aside.. this hotel, the staff, location, quality of services, staff.. absolutely top class.
