Sayın Yavuz D., Geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür ederiz. Yaşamış olduğunuz bu durum nedeniyle üzgün olduğumuzu belirtmek isteriz. Otelimizdeki tüm odalar sigara içilmeyen oda statüsündedir ve oda içerisinde sigara içilmesine kesinlikle izin verilmemektedir. Odalarda bulunan küllükler, balkon alanında kullanım amacıyla yerleştirilmiş olup, oda içinde “sigara içilmez” ibaresi açık şekilde belirtilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda, odalarımızda sigara içilmesi söz konusu değildir ve tarafınıza tahsis edilen odada da bu yönde bir durum tespit edilmemiştir. Buna rağmen konaklamanızı iptal etmek zorunda kalmış olmanızdan dolayı üzüntü duyduğumuzu paylaşmak isteriz. Geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür eder, anlayışınıza sunarız. Dear Satdeep S., Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and apologize for the discomfort you experienced. As discussed during your stay, our central air conditioning system operates according to seasonal settings and weather conditions. Due to the seasonal transition period, the system could not be switched to cooling mode at that time. Unfortunately, we were unable to make an immediate adjustment outside of the scheduled seasonal setup. We also regret that we could not fully meet your expectations regarding comfort and service during your visit. Your comments regarding breakfast and WiFi have been noted carefully and shared with the relevant teams for review. AC not controllable at all. The hotel was not accommodating any request. We literally had to sleep with the balcony door open because of how hot and stuffy it was.

Got caught in a local scam, taken to a bar and then my bank account drained. Had no recollection of leaving said bar nor getting to the hotel let alone my room. No explanation or even concern for my safety or health. Very scary experience and expected more help from staff being they would be the only people to have got me to my room and opened the door etc.

Merhaba, 8 Temmuz 2025 gecesi otelinizde konakladık. Ben asansör kullanamıyorum ve rezervasyonlarımızda bunu hep belirtiriz. Eşim bu sefer unutmuş. Yolda oteli arayarak durumu anlattım. Telefonu çıkan (saat 21.00 civarı shiftte olan bayan) arkadaş, maalesef otel tamamiyle dolu yardımcı olamayız size 5.kattan oda ayrıldı diye kestirip attı. Ben de mecburen 5 kat yürürüm diye kabullendim, neticede bizim hatamızdı. Ancak otele girdiğimizde, odamızın otelin en üst katından ayrıldığını öğrendik. Otele giriş saatimiz 23.00 civarıydı. O saatte shiftte olan adını maalesef hatırlayamadığım kıvırcık saçlı genç son derece ilgili bir şekilde bize 3.kattan bir oda ayarladı. Kibar, ilgili, empati kurabilen bu genç delikanlıya yardımları ve ilgisi için teşekkür ediyorum.
