While we are pleased to hear your positive comments regarding our central location and rooms, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the cigarette smell in your room and the issue you encountered with the shower, which did not meet the experience we aim to provide to our guests. Please know that the room in question is classified as a non-smoking room, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant housekeeping and technical departments for further investigation and follow-up.
