While its a little sad to see 66-77euro pricing under brand which suppose to provide only basic service, without gym pool or even balcony - I confirm, that overall comfort and service and qualuty of sleep here are much better than average level Novotel/Mercure in Europe. Regarding team and management, I hope they could take obsolete Movenpick Izmir after renovation (or obsolete Hilton Izmir after renovation, or another 5* upscale hotel in good location). As many years Accor Platinum and Hilton Diamond member, I confirm they are definitely capable to run 5* very well

shower cabin didn’t draw water well. although we had informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive at around 2pm, we had to wait for our rooms to be ready 45 minutes and the receptionist said us to wait only 10minutes. This was not a well attitude.

Its my pwn opinion that as travleed many IBIS hotels all over the world , the reception and the comfort of the rooms are not at IBIS comfort standarts.The communication skills of reception staff is in a low level..
