Not much help at the reception. Terrible view of the dusty old buildings outside the window. Reception/breakfast area was not very clean. There were flies landing on you in the morning.

Staff were nice, liked the cat bowl and food at the entrance. Room was clean and as expected. Everything worked in the room. Location is great. The key cards, or the elevator card system is absolute rubbish. Everyone had trouble with them. It shouldn’t be that hard to get the lift to work. It was very frustrating and embarrassing. Please rectify.
