The carpets and beds too old and smells. Staff shortage, the one serving breakfast was the same person on reception. Breakfast was cold.

The hotel was a free for all with a massive party happening in the car park. They definitely were not all hotel patrons and this went on for 2 nights out of our 3 night stay. There were at least 500 hundred people all feasting in the car park. This made it impossible to drive in the carpark and to have quality sleep.

I was shocked when I entered the room. There was a small bed in the sitting area - which I had not asked for. The main bed upholstery was peeling off and the peels were all over the floor. There was a bad odour probably from the carpet not being cleaned regularly. House keeping service was non-existent and I had to go to reception to collect toilet paper.
