We have stayed in this hotel before and found it to be excellent. The staff are very helpful, nothing is any trouble and they are keen to make sure your stay is one of the best. The facilities include sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, gym and pool and the Nuxe Spa is there if you want massages et cetera. The hotel is also very handy for the Balnea Spa which is well worth a visit and you are also not far from St Lary. We consider it very good value for money and will be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and make the hotel what it is! The location was the best especially with access to the Gondola. We loved the pool and bike room and lobby area is very inviting and great space to play games with kids or do some work if working away. The staff made a lovely coffee and always went out of their way to be helpful and tolerant of English. The cleaners were polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable and lovely little balcony. Nothings was too much trouble and this was greatly appreciated for me.
