Séjour fabuleux !! 3 jours avec le club du TFC puis retour 15 jours plus tard en couple le temps d'un week-end. Aucunes fausses notes lors de ces deux séjours. Chambre très confortable, petit-déjeuner très copieux et prestations de qualité. Le meilleur pour la fin: un personnel aux petits soins, toujours le sourire et disponible. Un bonheur absolu pour un moment de détente.

The Positives: The hotel's location is unbeatable, especially for skiing enthusiasts. Nestled in the mountains, it offers easy access to the slopes, making it an ideal choice for winter sports lovers. The scenic views and fresh mountain air added to the charm. Rooms: Our room was cool and comfortable, with modern decor and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room's design made it a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. Dining: We opted for the half-board package, which included both breakfast and dinner. The variety and quality of food were commendable. Breakfast was a hearty spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, while dinner featured a range of delectable options that satisfied our culinary cravings. The Drawback: However, our dining experience was marred by a significant problem with flies in the restaurant. Flies were constantly buzzing around, landing on the buffet plates and food. This not only disrupted our meals but also raised serious hygiene concerns. It's understandable that being in the mountains means dealing with some insects, but the extent of the issue in the restaurant was alarming. Suggestions for Improvement: Cover the Buffet: Implementing covers or protective shields over the buffet plates could help prevent flies from landing directly on the food. Investigate Solutions: The hotel management should consider investing in solutions such as fly traps, fans, or other deterrents that can minimize the presence of flies in the dining area. The fly problem in the restaurant needs urgent attention. Addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and maintain the high standards expected of such a well-regarded hotel.

We had a good stay. Staff was very nice, hotel is well maintained. Our duplex room was fairly warm to sleep in, as the AC was downstairs and only a small window upstairs, where the bed is. The pool is nice but not sure why they heat it to 30 degrees in the summer when it's 30 degrees outside. Unfortunately, the restaurant is surprisingly bad. We had a very bland but expensive BBQ.

We stayed here for one night and the hotel/ room/ swimming pool was super nice/ clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing that was disappointing was the Hotel restaurant. Food was terrible and expensive. For such a nice hotel I would have never expected that. We looked it up on Google and found out it had pretty bad ratings. We were pretty bummed that we didn’t look it up beforehand.
