My son injured his foot by the swimming pool but nobody came to ask if he was ok after we told reception. The wooden cover over the man hole is very dangerous and he could have hurt himself badly.
Aircon was very poor. Staff said they couldnt do anything about it and didnt even offer a fan.
Sink was blocked.
Other than that, the hotel is really good.

Lovely hotel near Balnea spa and ski resort gondola. Loft sleeping is probably comfortable during the winter, but insufferable during the summer. No a/c. Bathroom lighting is not ideal for applying makeup.

The hotel looks very exclusive and the nightly rates suggest the same. Our room was very nice and clean with beautiful bathroom and amenities. The pool was also very nice on a warm day, though we didn't get to use the wellness because of that and stayed only too short for trying the fitness room. The somehow negative part was the staffing situation and restaurant's dinner quality. Although all the staff were super nice, it seemed like they were mainly being trained and it always took a bit longer to get all the details. The worst for us was the restaurant which didn't really offer any too exciting items and we chose three main courses and only one was done very well, the other were pretty mediocre even for half the price. And since it was our anniversary, we expected a bit more. Overall the experience was nice though and we would come back to spend more nights in the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful location, comfortable bedroom. Good facilities. Unfortunately very hot weather and AC broken. Too many flies in public areas inc restaurant and poor attempts to cover food/ cutlery which reduced enjoyment.

We have stayed in this hotel before and found it to be excellent. The staff are very helpful, nothing is any trouble and they are keen to make sure your stay is one of the best.
The facilities include sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, gym and pool and the Nuxe Spa is there if you want massages et cetera. The hotel is also very handy for the Balnea Spa which is well worth a visit and you are also not far from St Lary. We consider it very good value for money and will be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and make the hotel what it is! The location was the best especially with access to the Gondola. We loved the pool and bike room and lobby area is very inviting and great space to play games with kids or do some work if working away. The staff made a lovely coffee and always went out of their way to be helpful and tolerant of English. The cleaners were polite and friendly. The bed was comfortable and lovely little balcony. Nothings was too much trouble and this was greatly appreciated for me.

Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Lovely little touches such as a welcome card, bowl and biscuits for our dog and an Easter pouch with chocolates in our room. Fabulous setting with either mountain or park views from the balcony. Food choice and quality excellent. The outdoor heated pool was also a bonus to the usual spa facilities.

The room was much too hot and we couldn't sleep. This completely ruined a relaxing weekend. Hotel staff did not offer either a different room or any compensation. Very poor.

A great few days. Hotel well placed to lift to ski station. The only problem was the fridge was running hot and not cold. We did report it but nothing happened.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel, but there are a few things that we found surprising for the amount of money we spent : there are no drawers or shelves in the bedroom storage in the Suite. There was nowhere to put my folded clothes. The folding doors into the bathroom are a very poor design, and my husband scraped the back of his foot on one of the doors that closed very strongly. There were big stains on the carpet (inevitable I guess) but I would have expected it to be cleaned for the amount of money we paid for the room. But I appreciated the dog bowls !
