Wonderful welcoming staff and spacious well appointed rooms. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice and the evening buffet and speciality regional dishes are especially good. The hotel is perfect for families with an afternoon/evening children's club with other games available throughout the day. Eg table tennis/ table football etc. Our family (4 adults and 2 children of 3 years and 10 years) had a fantastic stay and the staff went out of their way to accommodate any requests we made. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We can't wait to go back!

Hotel was well located, at the foot of the ski lift. The overall hotel is nice and the common rooms are well done with a lovely mountain look and feel. The breakfast was great and the whole family enjoyed it. The room was a bit of a let down as there was mold on the ceiling of the room, not what you expect from a Mercure hotel. Staff was nice but I would have loved to be asked if everything was ok at check out. This is what differentiate great from ok staff...

Je m'excuse une nouvelle fois pour ce dysfonctionnement, mais celui-ci n'est pas le fruit d'une négligence de notre part, mais de la difficulté à résoudre ce type de problématique technique. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk to centre and just across the river to cable car. Room was clean and general hotel cleanliness was good. I would like to mention for exceptional service - Anna in reception was extremely helpful and had a pleasant manner. Also Angi in restaurant was helpful, polite and catered for our needs by remembering what we needed the day before, without prompting. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and choice from continental to a small hot choice. Spa - for over 16's. Positive - gym, steam room, hammam, sauna and a small jacuzzi. negative -no pool or anywhere to sit and relax. jacuzzi very small 2-4 people. can become very busy late afternoon when ski lift closes. The sauna was initially not very walm however mentioned it to reception and was repaired straight away. Certainly would recommend this hotel.
