It was a night stay but a good stay

The Location is very good and the rooms are sufficient. The staff is helpful. The only small Complaint I have is that the mattress is covered with a plastic and I hate it. There was also a tiny spot of black mould in the bath tub but this can easily be removed with a bit of attention

Our first trip to Lourdes- stayed 2 nights The hotel despite several previous reviews was immaculate and clean The room was delightfully furnished and had a small balcony overlooking the river and mountains The Sanctuary was close and multiple places to eat .Staff were helpful

The hotel would probably benefit from some refurbishment. The staff were very pleasant. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which was the wirst I have experienced in any hotel. Very limited choice and freezing cold scrambled eggs.
