My husband and I were welcomed by the reception staff and the guy Lou was extremely friendly and helpful. We booked dinner for 7pm but the service staff at the restaurant were not friendly. We felt that because we didn’t speak French they ignored us. My husband and I were waiting about 40 minutes to take our order. The short male staff was chatting with a guest who came after us. We ordered the set menu but had to leave without having the dessert because they were taking so long to serve us. That was very disappointing. Even when we went for breakfast it was the same staff and we were treated the same. I am an Accor gold member and have never experienced this before.

The hotel is located 5min from the basilica. It has a paid private parking just behind the building. The room was quite spacious with a mini fridge and tea kettle. The staff was very friendly, professional, welcoming and polite.

I always stay in this Hotel when I am in Lourdes. Personnel in the reception are approachable and accommodating. They are also helpful.

It was a beautiful warm night in April when we were there. I could not get the air conditioning to work. Reception told me that the Manager had not switched it on yet. Further pushing was futile. It was after 1am before I finally went to sleep. Really really bad treatment by this hotel.

As part of our seasonal policy, the air conditioning system is activated depending on weather conditions, but we understand this did not meet your needs on that particular night.
