nice location, closed to restaurants and souvenir stores. also walking distance to Church of Notre Dame. and the staff was very helful. but the breakfast is not equivalent to the price in terms of quality and quantity. No gym in the hotel the room is small and facility and equipment is not new. when we were in the bar to enjoy the welcome drink, the reception employee also need to do bartender job at the same time, resulted in waiting time for us in the bar and the new customers at the reception desk.

4th visit to this hotel on our yearly trip to Lourdes. 20 min drive from the airport by taxi, although there is an airport bus just outside the airport which brings you back to Ave. de Paradis, once off the bus a mere 2/3 min walk to the hotel. Huge difference in price but entirely up to an individuals way of travel. Check in very swift. Rooms spacious with very comfortable beds, shower with toiletries supplied. Kettle supplied as well with coffee & tea sachets. Breakfast great, hot & cold items along with coffee, tea, juices. Staff at reception, breakfast room, cleaning, all courteous and friendly. Hotel central to everything around. A great stay, we love this hotel, highly recommended. Many thanks.

Booked a "superior room" only to find a room upgraded on a budget, inadecuate clothes storage. Too big bed and bathroom leaving no space for lugage or anything in the room. Poor materials and poor finishes and a bed made of 2 singles not connected sliding around when I moved on the bed Breakfast was a whole disastrous experience. Having a huge room available, everyone got rammed into a small room with little space to circulate, not working coffee machine, poor variety. Just not to the Mercure standard elsewhere
