The hotel situated just 5 mts from the Grotto, Clean and very friendly staff, Value for money. Did not try any food but overall good. We asked for some glasses, plates and cutlery to the room and the staff was very politely provided the stuff. We will go back if we decide to visit Lourdes again

Hotel reasonably well appointed, but one of our two windows didn’t fit, so there was a gap letting cold air and noise (eg a street cleaning van at 06.00 hrs). There were radiators not turned on (mid November) but hospitality and cleaning g was good. Breakfasts were dominated by large noisy groups, which we understood - there was a quieter lounge, but we weren’t shown to it. The hotel organised wake up calls and early taxi for departure, which was much appreciated.

Nearby the Grotto, about 5 mins walking. From the train station is about 15mins walking. Hotel is beautiful and clean. We got upgrade. Room is complete, clean and comfortable. Mr. Andriy is helping us alot and work very well to make sure we enjoy our short stay.
