We arrived late, just before 10pm. The staff member initially refused to check us in saying that as the gates were closed the hotel was closed. Note on the booking confirmation the hotel shows as being open 24 hours, and it doesn't show an end time for check-in. Hence we were unaware the hotel closes at 10pm. In any event we arrived at 9:55, and had tried ringing the hotel 5 mins before this to advise them we would be arriving very soon. We subsequently discovered the hotel made a single attempt to contact us at 9:20pm. They didn't leave a message and rang from a mobile number not affiliated with the hotel. The staff member was rude and willing to turn away a mother and her two children. I persisted and reluctantly he checked us in. Needless to say this is the last time I will stay here!

Arrived to a closed gate. Headed to reception, it was closed and door locked but someone came through to open up. He was very short with me and told me they were closed and I should have answered my phone. We had received a call while driving from unknown number and no message was left. We had tried to ring back later but phone was not answered. It was 21.58 at this point. He said once gates closed they were closed. He did check me in but kept telling me I’m future answer your phone. Once checked in and having settled children (after having to make up bunk bed myself) I checked my confirmation and in the app and nowhere did it say you could only check in until 10pm.

Well (but not perfectly) placed within a 20min walk into the town centre. Parking available. Breakfast was OK but not a great deal of choice... typically Acor. Overall, no major issues or concerns.

Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Secure parking, good bed. All you need for short stay.

Breakfast was not sufficient enough in regards to the people that had purchased this facility. As a result those families getting breakfast between 8.45am-9.30am were left out of food. Even the basics were missing, as bread and butter. In terms of principle you should credit the breakfast fee but we did not want to create issues.... Be careful on that service, especially to us who have children.

Regarding the other elements, don't hesitate to ask the receptionist because we have stock. Sometimes all you have to do is communicate with the team members and everything is solved. Sincerely,
