Good calm location with pool and relaxation. But staff was not friendly at reception and strong smell of humidity in the bedroom. Very low flexibility with the 5€ vouchers in exchange of no room cleaning: regulation is very strict….. then I could not use them and they saved money on not cleaning the room..

refrigerator has broken

It was almost good sitatuon,but my room refrigerator has broken and requested to reception.but they did not repair. I request to other reception guy, but they said don’t repair.

Room was not cleaned, bedding smelt like sweat and when I told the receptionist Miss Simon, she didn’t care. No apologies or anything.

Good stay, bikes could be stored inside over night in meeting room though bike room was full. very much appreciated.

unfortunately, which is obviously not hotels fault, it was booked out and there were soo many people. Didn't expect that. as a consequence also sauna / pool was very crowded. But room was very nice, quit large actually with a nice table and chairs.

Good Location, Not a Good Stay

Arrival went well, but after a power outage, over 36 hours without internet, no servicing of the room, and a very loud elevator on the other side of the wall, I just had to leave two days early. Luckily, there were rooms available in Erfurt at the Prizeotel by Radisson.
