Very nice clean rooms. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. My only negative is the rooms are not air-conditioned. But I asked reception for a fan and one was delivered that day. Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Mercure Hotel Erfurt Altstadt was great from start to finish. The front desk and dining room staff warmly welcomed us each time they saw us. The staff was quick to help arrange taxi transportation and provide guidance on the area. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of options and it was all good. The restaurant's dinner offerings were also very good and the presentation was beautiful. Our rooms were comfortable and the hotel location was convenient for walking to restaurants, shops and sites in Erfurt.

Our stay at the hotel was short but pleasant. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Erfurt Dom. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff at the reception and the bar were very friendly. My granddaughter left her smartphone in the room and when we called, the staff kindly offered to mail the phone to us. Thank you.

Everything was excellent ! I had stayed at Mercure Erfurt between 1st to 3rd September 2025, during the check out i forgot to take one of my trousers from the hanger which i realized only during 03rd evening, i was confident that it would be taken and kept safely and an intimation to the guest would be done. But to my surprise, i had no intimation. I made live visit on the 4th afternoon to check with Hotel, i was told nothing was found even without taking my name and detail at the front desk. I think these could be small things that can have an long lasting impression about the services. Though the complete stay was absolutely fine, this neglect has a long impact unfortunately.
