Couldnt have meny basert dinner Due to kids arrangement. Should been warned. AC is practically not function at all. Bar carry very few articles. Receiption not too friendly. Last time we had an all right dinner in Gera.

I regularly stay at this hotel for work and I love it every time. The rooms are great, the breakfast is amazing, and people who work there are genuinely friendly and helpful. The tram stop is just in front of the hotel, very convenient to get around, and it is only 5 minute walking distance from the main train station.

...war mein Aufenthalt im Mercure Gera. Ich war rundum zufrieden. Fahrstühle wie früher (ohne Zimmerkarten benutzbar), sehr nette und service-orientierte Mitarbeiter und wirklich nette Menschen in Gera. Die Zimmer waren wirklich ok wie auch das Frühstück. Auch das Restaurant des Hauses ist empfehlenswert.
