Really nice room, welcoming staff, good car park, good travel options (trams) overall really good. Only thing was the room was very hot due to the heating (understandable in winter but still a bit over done).

Thank you so much, every time it's truly a great and welcoming experience. I love the friendly and competent staff at the reception and in the breakfast area and I feel very well in the hotel. The room was again great, very clean and comfortable. I really like staying at your hotel!
