Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Hotel is located in a quieter area but surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. 15-20min walk to the palace/Murillo Garden.

Check in took a long time. Was disappointed the pool was closed, perhaps the fact it is seasonal should be made clearer.
