Horrible experience as rooms are too small for family room and when we asked there is no space for 2 adults and 2 kids with luggage so they simply denied and said we have this room only . I will never recommend this hotel or never stay in this chains of hotel for sure.

Very convenient for an overnight stopover. The rooftop bar was very welcome in the hot weather, and the food there was very good.

I don’t know where to begin, I rarely do bad reviews but this was beyond pathetic. To begin with, The staff are friendly and helpful, prompt, but that is where the good ends. For this so called 3 star hotel, Our room literally had visible holes in the ceiling where once the lighting fixture was probably attached and it was then moved. The rooms are not at all sound proof and you will hear everything in the corridor. The worst part is the air conditioning, The room is stuck at 22 C for air conditioning, and it auto shuts off, We came back from a 36 C day to find the room boiling hot since the AC auto cut off. Of all my hotel stays throughout my travel around the world and in spain, this was the shittiest experience of them all, I have never been more uncomfortable with a room temperature and everything else that happened. I regret spending the money I did, and unfortunately this will be the last time I ever do spend with this IBIS location. The reason i’m giving 2 stars is for the staff and the fact there was filtered cold water dispenser on each floor. Besides that, The location is decent but it is not worth the money. Also in the buffet, they had everything labeled wrong, cheese was labeled as Ham and vice versa. The plates were chipped and broken and the trays were not clean, it felt as if stray animals were being fed. The amenities are a joke. The hair dryers overheat and automatically stop working so please bring your own, they are unfortunately very cheap quality. Waste of points and money.
