Room needs to be brought up to the current century with USB and USB-C Ports - could use a plug on the other side of the bed. Space VERY cramped for 3 people. Mildew along baseboards in bathroom.

Terrible Experience – Repeated Maintenance Issues and Completely Unacceptable Customer Service We stayed at Ibis Styles Sevilla Santa Justa for five nights, booking two separate rooms for our group. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant stay turned into an extremely disappointing experience, made significantly worse by the hotel’s complete lack of accountability and professionalism. On the first occasion, our friends woke up to find their room completely without electricity. No lights, no power, nothing. They had to brush their teeth, get dressed, and prepare for the day in complete darkness. We reported the issue to the front desk and were assured that it would be fixed. We initially treated this as an unfortunate one-time incident and trusted the hotel to resolve it properly. However, the exact same problem occurred again on our final morning, only this time it was considerably worse. Not only was the room once again completely without electricity, but water was also dripping continuously from the bathroom ceiling. Our friends were forced to use the bathroom, brush their teeth, and get ready with water literally dripping onto their heads, all while having no lighting whatsoever. This was absolutely unacceptable, especially given that we had already reported the electrical issue and been assured it was fixed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the hotel’s response. When we complained to the front desk at approximately 9:30 a.m., we were simply told that someone would be sent to fix the problem. Given that we were checking out that very day, this offered us absolutely no meaningful resolution. We requested reasonable compensation for the repeated inconvenience and unacceptable room conditions, but were explicitly told that no compensation of any kind would be offered. We then requested to speak with the hotel manager and receive a formal apology. Astonishingly, we were informed that the manager would not arrive until 10 a.m. and was therefore unavailable to speak with us. Instead, we were instructed to leave a handwritten note. We did exactly that. In the note, I specifically requested a formal apology from the hotel manager by email within two days and provided our contact information. More than five days have now passed, and we have received absolutely nothing. Not even a simple apology. Apparently, not only was reasonable compensation too much to ask, but even acknowledging the inconvenience caused to paying guests was beyond what this hotel’s management was willing to do. I find the manager’s complete silence particularly disappointing and dismissive. Maintenance problems can happen at any hotel, but how management responds to those problems says everything about its commitment to hospitality and customer service. In this case, the hotel failed twice to provide basic room facilities and then failed again to take responsibility. We paid for two rooms and expected nothing more than basic comfort, functioning electricity, a bathroom without water leaking from the ceiling, and respectful treatment when something went wrong. Evidently, even these basic expectations were too much. I would strongly advise prospective guests to reconsider staying at this hotel. Based on our experience, you could find yourself getting ready in complete darkness with water dripping onto your head, only to be met with an unhelpful response from staff and complete silence from management afterward. An extremely disappointing stay and easily one of the worst hotel customer service experiences we have encountered. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

We needed 2 nights in Seville at the end of a tour and picked this hotel because of its location and what I considered good value for money. It was an easy walk from the main train station and the room was ready when we arrived. The room was a reasonable size for 2 people which can sometimes be an issue when in Europe travelling with 2 suitcases. The staff were friendly and hopeful when we needed to call a taxi. The roof top bar a place to sit and drink while out of the sun and the food truck provided a good meal to complement our time up there.

Exceeded all expectations.  Cool, fragrant, clean and welcoming.  Rooms great, comfortable beds plenty of hanging space and decent shelving in bathrooms, and good shower.  No kettle in rooms but by the lifts on each floor is a santized hot and cold water dispenser.  Breakfast really good value, tasty and good variety, excellent tortillas! Rooftop bar and pool area is also great, about 12 loungers and 12 deck chairs , around the pool , plus the table and sofa seating, perfect to chill after a day's sight seeing.  Also, able to relax here after check out if you have a later flight.  Food is good too, recommend the chicken burger 😋.  All staff were friendly and helpful.  Location great just 15-20 mins walk to centre, recommend for best hand made, quality and good value souvenirs Artesania de seville near cass de pilatos , 15 mins from Ibis Styles.

The hotel is very well located. The safe were kind and the room was really nice. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

Street noise can be heard, however this is a city hotel.

No refrigerator, no tea pot to boil hot water, no slippers, no late check out allowance.

Room was comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

Very nice hotel. Decent location in relation to train station and close to some bars and supermarkets. Rooms ideal size, bed comfy, rooftop bar and pool great size and easy to find. Breakfast would be nice to have sausages and bacon as well as another flavour yoghurt

Lovely staff, and good facilities. Although we found the pillows to be quite hard, so didn't sleep very well & got a sore neck.

Why would I stay at a hotel where loyal customers (platinum and gold) are treated worse than others? And pay a premium rate by booking directly? Never again

It was generally alright. When I highlighted that I was overcharged as compared to trip.com quoted price the amount was refunded promptly. The water machine on my floor was not working when we arrive late at night and had to come down to the lobby just to get water ... Overall good location and clean room

The location is great - within walking distance of light rail and metro stops as well as Nervión Plaza and the Sevilla FC stadium. The area is lined up with lovely cafés and eating places. There was a major issue with communication regarding breakfast. Upon checking in we advised staff that we only wanted to book breakfast for the last day of our stay and they confirmed that was possible. However when we came back later another member of staff was on reception and told us that we should have booked our breakfast right when we checked in. Not only that, but according to him we would have had to book breakfast for the full duration of our stay, without being able to choose a specific day in particular. That information contradicted what we had been told upon arrival and is also very much unlike other hotels operate. Room was clean and we appreciated the large bathroom. Unfortunately that came at the expense of the room itself, which was small with very narrow space for suitcases and even for moving around. We also didn't like the fact that we couldn't see outside because the window was covered. We perfectly understand that the hotel doesn't wish to allow open windows to optimise air conditioning but we would have liked at least being able to have a view of the outdoors and natural light reaching the room. The rooftop bar was very uncomfortable under the heat of September. On the other hand the downstairs lounge area was a pleasing surprise and we appreciated the free refills of citrus-infused water.

We chose this hotel based on previous good experiences at an Ibis Styles hotel. Location was excellent being close to the old city and Santa Justa station. Nice ambience and comfortable well appointed room. Generous size shower and plenty of shelf space in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. It was quiet. There was a pool and a rooftop bar which we didn't use. We did use the large open air internal atrium and it was a comfortable area to have a drink. A bonus was it was a no smoking area. There were a couple of supermarkets nearby and plenty of cafes nearby. We would stay again

My only real complaint was being asked which currency I wanted to pay in - come on this is now an old rip off that most people know. Its is strait out stealing & your leaders should be put in jail like any common thief.
