Overall, a comfortable stay, but a couple of issues affected the experience. The air conditioning could not be set below 22°C, which felt restrictive as comfort levels vary between guests. There was also confusion regarding our pre-booked breakfast, including whether it was included and the price, which caused some inconvenience. Aside from these points, the stay itself was pleasant, but clearer communication and more flexibility would improve the experience.

From the beginning of check in, we were greated by unattentive staff. The main check in counter was busy with the previous check in customer. I waited for long time in a que then after sometime was directed to another check in staff in the bar area that was available freely from the beginning. No greetings and her eyes fixed to the computer in front of her. She was very rude from the moment when handling my booking. No information was given regarding the facilities offered in the hotel. She even trying to argue with me when she asked for my passport for check in. The next day when we wanted to go for breakfast, our room was not included, eventhough we were booked with breakfast. Total disappointment! Room was small and cramp. No house slippers for the cold flooring. I will never come back to this hotel again. A lot of improvement need to be done especially on staffs attitude. Totally unwelcoming experience.

For Ibis this is a nice hotel with a very decent breakfast. Rooms are small, but the bed is comfy.
