Staff members always greeted me, remembered me and even knew exactly what bread I needed in the morning with a smile when they saw me walk up. They are such a great asset to your hotel. Great stay, lovely and clean, friendly staff, food available restaurant and at the pool, fresh pool towels (could do with more loungers only 12 + deckchairs, although people where great & respected not reserving & leaving for hours) good location. Lovely staff and rooms kept immaculate. Maybe a mini bar in the room would be good? They do provide free water stations on each floor to refil your bottles & encourage eco friendliness. No courtesy room but we did book late checkout until 5pm at €30 well worth it.
