The hotel doesn't pretend to provide a luxury experience BUT: it is decorated in a quirky and entertaining way that takes it out of the usual quick overnight stops; the food and drink is excellent and the staff are fabulous: highly recommend for a stay before/after flying or a couple of days visiting Sevilla

Potential to be a better hotel

Stayed for three nights. The locking mechanism on the door of our room was faulty and took exceptional amount of time to open up and every time we had to get a new key to get in. We were not alone, others there from our group had similar issues with their door keys and locks. There was no nice outdoor space to sit in. Restaurant was not available for seating until 7.30 where there was some space to sit outside in an internal courtyard which is devoid of decoration and lacks any pleasantness. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Having the Ibis Budget nearby is not great for taxis that confuse the two even when provided address detail and name.

We stayed 5 nights at your hotel starting from Sept 28 to Oct 3. During the periods of staying,the hotel facilities such as bedding, wi-fi & air conditioning as well as room space etc were complied with our standard & need. The breakfast was also fulfilled our requirements with variety of choices of bread & fruits. The most unwelcome thing that let me feeling bad was how came from the reception staff's manner, who looked likely very busy everyday just doing her work at every moment without any eyes contact to the guests and no smile whenever we got in and left the hotel for my past 6 days here. On the first day of Oct at 7:00 pm, my husband & I went to hotel bar to enjoy the free welcome drink, when I open the ALL. APP to tag the coupon which was failed on something showing mistake on "welcome drink have done", I felt doubt as we didn't do that on my stay here, then I went to ask the reception staff for the wrong issue, she checked hotel's computer, suddenly so seriously said " You have got the drinks, 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 2 hours ago" what her nervous response let us feeling great embarrassment at that time, it meant we were likely on scamming hotel's drinks. I think the drink offer from App has been running for nearly one year, it was never first time happened such error of App problem, your reception staff was not shouting to me but her manner was showing so unwelcome & unfriendly with rude acts. Indeed, 5:00 pm we were still on sightseeing outside, came back hotel at 6:00 pm, how could we get the drinks at 5:00 pm in hotel bar? Didn't need to repeat 3 times talking "5:00 pm" to us relentlessly for such a minor welcome drink offer. I think the staff was really lack of service -minded, she just did her duty but not serving to her guests with an acceptable manner letting me feeling having a point of bad mood for 23-day trip at Spain.

We stayed here for one night before an early flight the next day. It was very comfortable, and very quiet despite being near a fairly busy road. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was actually very good. It's easy enough to go from here to the airport on the EA bus, which is frequent. The shower was nice, the breakfast was good and not too expensive.
