We booked during the Ferie so accommodation was hard to find and was expensive everywhere. We wouldn’t have picked this hotel or paid this price for a tourist visit under other circumstances. The room was spacious and quiet, if quite dark - possibly as it was the ground floor but also the grey walls are a bit oppressive. The bed was big and comfy and the shower was great too. What was frustrating however was how long it took to check in. There was a group of 6 checking in when we arrived and we had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. We had been sent an online check in form which said all we had to do was collect our keys on arrival, however we were asked to re-fill in all the forms and sign documents again despite saying we had completed the online form. What was the point in the online form? When checking out we again had to wait as there were two people checking in - luckily a second receptionist arrived on that occasion.

Unfortunately my overall experience was not worth the price paid. The structure of the hotel is below average off all other Ibis I have ever been to. The receptionists were not helpful and didn't speak with me in english (I tried to use my poor spanish but they didn't even make an effort to understand me). The breakfast is very lackluster in options and taste.

Visited this Ibis hotel as near to a music venue we were attending. The hotel was a short taxi ride away from the main sights and the staff on reception desk were so helpful. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with good quality produce.
