Comfortable stay at Novotel Sevilla, nice to have an upgrade but would have been happier with the original room I paid for as it had a separate bed. Location was important and it was next to the stadium which incidentally had a match on while we were there. I can safely say we were not interupted with cheers so noise levels are very well kept. There was a lack of vegetarian options at the Gourmet Restaurant and the potatoes are not the usual you would find in the rest of Spain. The bed was comfortable, AC was a bit choppy, bathroom was lovely with great amenities available.

Rooms are very outdated for such a nice hotel chain. Staff didn’t explain that we have to pull the extra bed ourselves, my experience in many other hotels that all beds are prepared before hand. We spent the first night with the 3 of us in the bed which wasn’t a restful sleep. The iron and ironing board are provided, but the board is soo tiny. Wasn’t easy to get ready. Airco in the room didn’t work in lower fan settings. So it was only too hot or too noisy.

some challenges with the pre-paid booking process causing initial discomfort but swiftly resolved and overall experience quite good; swimming pool would benefit additional attention for cleanliness during heavy use summer periods;

Stayed for three nights with my wife and two twin toddlers. Room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, facilities were great, and the buffet breakfast was seriously delicious. In fact it was the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel! Location was also ideal. Not too far to walk into the historic centre, but away from any crowded areas, and surrounded by many great places to eat/drink.

We stayed two nights. The hotel is very comfortable, it has a roof top pool and bar. You are located in the new town, so 30 minute walk to the cathedral. However you have good facilities around you, with shops, bars and coffee shops.

The hotel is dated and needs some significant investment and TLC. The photos on the Accor website are inaccurate and suggest a much more modern hotel - it is not. Waited an exceptionally long amount of time to use the lifts on every occasion - the hotel was very busy and the lifts were regularly full. The air conditioning in the bedroom was non-existent and had a very uncomfortable night sleep - not what we paid for. The breakfast room was carnage. Packed, dirty, and unappealing, unedifying food. The pool area is very, very basic and looks nothing like the images on the website/app. Overall, incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

Dear Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Novotel Sevilla. I am deeply sorry to read your disappointment about your stay at Novotel Sevilla. With reference to your feedback, I would like to express my sincerest apologies if you have encountered some challenges that may have affected your opinion in some of our services and facilities. At Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; all feedback is treated with the utmost seriousness and please be sure that everything you reported will be forwarded to our management and concerned departments in order to take into account to improve our services and also for design changes and renovations. We travelled by car to Sevilla. This hotel has an excellent parking, located right under the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Bathroom very roomy as well.
