We pass a week here every autumn and we just love this hotel. The staff are welcoming and efficient, breakfast is copious and delicious and it is well situated.

Your locations is good - close to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. Parking was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife forgot her ipad in the room as we checked out, and a staff member rushed down to the parking lot where we were loading our car to leave, and he alerted us and brought her ipad down to give to us.

We chose the hotel because of previous positive experiences with Novotel. It is located outside the city center, but both the train station and city center were within walking distance for us. We loved the quiet rooms, which we find very important. The only minor point were the matrasses, which were a bit on the hard side.
