Overall stay was very nice and pleasant. Staff is so kind and sweet, that they make everything better. Delicious breakfast, huge variety of products. Fresh fruits and churros! Hotel have great location and you have everything you need in the toon. The only thing is that there was mold in toilet (on the window blind). And window itself was wet. It was cold in the room at the beginning, but staff helped us and it was perfect. Bathroom still was cold but I know there was nothing we could do about it. I can also recommend to have smart tv or chromcast in the room as it is nice to watch something together before sleep. The only English Chanel is bbc news:(

We spent 8 nights at this hotel, whose staff is exceptionally kind and cheerful. The hotel is conveniently located for public transport and Uber. It has an excellent, plentiful, and varied breakfast. The apartment is great, with an excellent shower and a large bathroom. The Wi-Fi is fantastic, and the bar for tapas and light meals has very nice people, especially Sara and Gabriela. The cleanliness is excellent. Rosa took care of our room with good humor and empathy. The reception staff is very special and easygoing. The gym is in good condition.
