Stayed for three nights with my wife and two twin toddlers. Room was lovely, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, facilities were great, and the buffet breakfast was seriously delicious. In fact it was the best breakfast we've ever had in a hotel! Location was also ideal. Not too far to walk into the historic centre, but away from any crowded areas, and surrounded by many great places to eat/drink.

The hotel is dated and needs some significant investment and TLC. The photos on the Accor website are inaccurate and suggest a much more modern hotel - it is not. Waited an exceptionally long amount of time to use the lifts on every occasion - the hotel was very busy and the lifts were regularly full. The air conditioning in the bedroom was non-existent and had a very uncomfortable night sleep - not what we paid for. The breakfast room was carnage. Packed, dirty, and unappealing, unedifying food. The pool area is very, very basic and looks nothing like the images on the website/app. Overall, incredibly disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

We travelled by car to Sevilla. This hotel has an excellent parking, located right under the hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Bathroom very roomy as well. The swimming pool is located on the roof. The opening times of the pool could be longer, earlier in yeh morning and later in the evening. This way you can enjoy the pool also when you get back from sightseeing seeing

We had amazing stay at Novotel, they had welcome drinks and a coupon for tapas. The rooms are comfortable we had great night sleep. Next to mall and seville stadium
Would definitely stay here if come to seville.

Good location and overall had good amenities. The roof top pool was a great addition and definitely needed when visiting Seville in the summer months.
Rooms were small and not much storage for a family of 4.
Didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t swap
The pool towels for the entire stay. Towels were constantly wet as there was nowhere to hang and dry them.

I stayed here for four nights and thought it was excellent. The staff in particular are without exception very friendly and helpful. From the great value for money accommodation- I had a Superior Double, to the attentive and always positive and keen to help staff and the quality of the food in the lounge bar it made for a lovely stay. The hotel is located in a great area of the city with quality shops such as El Corte Ingles, a Carrefour, restaurants and coffee shops such as SantaGloria immediately below the hotel plus excellent transport links to the centre. Highly recommend it
