Staff is great and trying to help. Room a bit outdated but beds and shower are ok (toilet might need a revamp as it does not feel 4 stars). Unfortunately hotel is in the no pollution zone and its very hard to understand if and how a foreign tourist can get there. I would specify it on the website more clearly

We chose this hotel for its location to the airport but it turns out it was perfect for all of our trips! Cathedral and palace thanks to the tram .

The hotel is perfect. Reception team, breakfast team were amazing, very polite, friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located, just few steps away from the metro station, easily accessible by car or public transport to/from Airport by bus with the stop just 5min away. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, spacious. Breakfast is excellent with great choices of food, either vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and everything you need to start your day. Hotel is close to most attractions, around 20-30min by foot but also you can get and use public transport right away and go around the city. Really recommended and would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay and the hotel was great-- clean, accomodated our needs as I was travelling withmy parents and, about a 20 min walk from the city center which was convenient.
