Walkable distance to city center (around 20/30min) Nervión Plaza mall is just outside, FC sevilla Stadium is just behind the hotel, good staff , clean rooms and good Breakfast

Comfortable accommodation, walking distance from city center, clean and quiet. Access to the parking is badly indicated, no reception at the ground floor and no space to load / unload private cars in front of the hotel. We were harangued by some badly spirited Guardia Civil for just stopping in front ... looking for the reception.

We've just returned from a 5 night stay at the Novotel. Room was lovely and clean with all the amenities we needed for a family of 4. The restaurant staff were so friendly, really going out their way to make the children feel special each day. Only negative was that a 4* hotel has its swimming pool closed in October, as it's still autumn and 20 degrees, not winter like suggested on the sign on the rooftop.

Our outdoor pool is seasonal and opens from May to September. This year, we enjoyed good weather and the pool was open until mid-october, we then closed our pool because we got very bad and rainy weather. Unfortunately, once closed we cannot open it some punctual days with hot sunny weather before or after summer period because we do need several days to ready this area and to ensure compliance to local regulation.
