The lifts were far too slow and the air con was very poor. Rooms were tidy and reception was presentable. Also on the Monday the maintenance team turned off the power for quite a while so we couldn’t charge phones, watch tv and the little air con we had also was switched off

Hotel is well located with lot of restaurants n malls nearby. Overall staff is good n cheerful. Sp mention of Fania for decorating our rooms, kids loved it. Breakfast was fresh with lot of options.

Had an excellent stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and right next to the stadium where our event was. The restaurant provides excellent food and my steak was superb. Staff were friendly and attentive. Minor negative - The elevators seem to have a mind of their own at times, particularly when coming from the car park where they frequently turned up full of people who were actually going up! So time for an overhaul perhaps.

Very friendly welcome, excellent room. The soft drinks in the mini bar were very welcome. Good standard of cleanliness. Most importantly, the room was quiet, despite an influx of young boys for a football tournament.
