We loved the staff, they were really kind and helpful. What marred our stay was a glitch in the admin. Many weeks ago I had tried to reserve a room. During the booking process something failed at the very last moment and I didn't know whether I had successfully completed the process or not. I made several attempts to ring the hotel using the number given on the web. That phone must never get answered so I looked for an email address and struggled to find one, eventually finding one on an obscure page. I wrote for clarification (at least a fortnight before departing) and got no answer. To be on the safe side I booked again. On arrival I was asked to pay for two bookings, which irritated me more than somewhat. The receptionist was great and cancelled one of the bookings but left me feeling that the IT systems must be fairly hopeless. In 2020? Having said all that, the hotel was great!

Close to airport

I needed to stay close to the airport as I had to be there at 5am. My stay was comfortable and staff very pleasant, although I would have appreciated the possibility of a wake up call (no phones in room) as I slept badly through worrying my own phone alarm might fail. Also, only 10€ difference in price with Ibis hotel (non.budget) next to this one, and on reflection I would prefer the upgrade to a less barren and frugal room. However, it was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised.

This is the third time I have stayed at this ibis budget hotel as it is close to where I am normally visiting (Airbus Defence & Space at San Pablo Sur, Sevilla). The ibis budget hotel offers me exactly what I need, that is somewhere close to the location I'm visiting, it is clean and the bed comfortable. Customers of the ibis budget are able to use the Restaurant next door in the ibis hotel which is very convenient.

My experience was extremely positive. I was also very satisfied with a clear reply from Carlos. I came to your hotel by public transport and I had asked for instructions on how to get there. Carlos sent me a very clear explanation. I would suggest that it may be a good idea if clear explanations are given on your website. The reason is that it is not very easily accessible by public transport unless one knows about it before arriving. Perhaps a map with these instructions would be very helpful. In any case my thanks to Carlos who replied via email with this vital information.

As expected, very basic services with a good attention from staff. Room cleanliness could have improvements, some hair on the bed linen and pillow cases, which automatically gives a sense of lack of cleanliness or attention even though the rest of the room is clean. The bed needs serious attention, both sides of the bed are sinking and the mattress is not of a very good quality. Even if the hotel and room services are very basic (completely fine) the mattress should be something that never fails, it is the most important part of a hotel room.

+ Friendly staff, not too difficult to find. Car park fee ok, great we could bring our cat. - Room ridiculously small & extra bed above not safe enough for our child to sleep in. Bathroom & shower very small & the shower felt like a portaloo. Expensive for what you get but we booked last minute. Didn’t have breakfast.

Excellent for excellent transport links into the city and great for shopping and eating out. Excellent bus and road network and plenty of shopping to be had. Excellent city for exploring Sevilla with plenty to do. Remember to take in the Toro the bull arena.

Budget IBIS is easy to get to by airport shuttle (4-6 euros). Just one stop. The direction sign near shuttle stop should BE MORE CLEAR. I initially walked the opposite direction relying on the IBIS sign (red & blue) visible from the bus.

Pleasant stay. Staff helpful. First time to stay in an Ibis Budget hotel. The bathroom had an "un-clean" smell on our first day, which went away the next day after housekeeping cleaned the room.
