Excellent hotel

This was our first stay in this hotel but it won’t be the last. The hotel is smart and very well maintained. The staff were all friendly and efficient, the food and drink very good and despite being on a busy roundabout, effective sound-proofing meant the room was completely quiet at night. Pet friendly too, highly recommended.

Nice, spacious and clean room with a balcony. The hotel is conveniently situated ( 15 minutes walk to town centre).

Disappointed sadly.

So very disappointed. We ate here last night, as we have in the past before it was Ibis Styles, and it was really ordinary. The meat was not cooked as ordered and what was a nice restaurant seems to have gone backwards. I will be staying in two Ibis on my way home over the weekend and trust food will be better. In fairness the restaurant was busy so is obviously still popular. We live in Guernsey but have had a house near Figueres for over twenty years.

Dear Mr. Mike, First of all I would like to clarify we are Ibis Styles since the end of 2019. We believe that you had already come on other occasions since this date and being an Ibis Styles was not a problem. Despite being an Ibis Styles, the restaurant and the hotel continue with the same workers and buying the same products as always. We are sorry that your experience has not been satisfactory.
