The hotel is perfectly located between the station (5 min walk) and the old town (15 min walk). The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast is fine. But beware! The photos of the selected rooms do not correspond to the actual layout and size of the room. Photos of the standard room are of the Superior and higher class rooms. So don't just to go by the photos. They give the wrong impression. The rooms are very sleekly decorated, which sometimes makes them seem uninviting. Otherwise, a fine hotel.

I had a great room at the front of the hotel, the room was huge and well layed out, only 2 minutes walk from Lubeck Hbf and across the road from the bus station. The town is only 10 minutes away by foot.

The hotel is directly across from the main station and almost all bus lines, but was still quiet at night (window towards back courtyard). 10/10 location. The room itself was comfortable and spacious for a few nights. Each room provides a glass water bottle to be filled on the ground floor with filtered water, but my bottle was very dirty on the inside. When I asked to reception to exchange it for a clean one, they gave me another dirty bottle and said the debris was from the dishwasher. The internet connection at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced: Two networks, neither secured with a password, that constantly disconnect and disappear (I had 3 separate devices, all with the same issue). The reception did nothing other than request I unplug the TV in my room and plug it in again, obviously to no avail. Reception staff were not particularly friendly.
