Your request for a quiet room was noted and communicated as “subject to availability.” Unfortunately, at the time of your arrival, no courtyard-facing rooms were available anymore, so we were unable to fulfill this request. The same applies to our parking spaces. We do not reserve parking in advance, and spaces are only available subject to availability. This was also communicated accordingly prior to arrival. Direkt vor dem Hotel stehen öffentliche Parkplätze zur Verfügung, die je nach Verfügbarkeit genutzt werden können. Falls diese Parkplätze belegt sind, empfehlen unsere Mitarbeitenden in der Regel alternative Parkmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Dabei kann es natürlich auch zu Überschneidungen kommen, da sich die Situation kurzfristig ändern kann – es kann beispielsweise sein, dass ein Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe gerade frei wird, während ein anderer bereits als belegt wahrgenommen wurde.
