We stayed one night with family. We rented 2 rooms. All over our stay was very comfortable. Clean rooms, very helpful staff, great location. Cannot say anything about food because we did not stay for breakfast. However, the only one significant matter I would like to highlight... We booked 2 rooms, one for my sister with her 7yrs old sone, and another room for me and my husband. We checked in 4 hours earlier than my sister. We specifically booked a double adult room, and a single with a young child. My sister's room ended up being almost twice bigger than the room which my husband and I stayed. That looked exactly vice versa to what we requested. That was too late to exchange, because we all were tired. I learned my lesson to check into 2 rooms at once and check then before moving in. Just watch for this in any hotel. Other than that, all was great 👍🏼

Just what we needed for 4 night stay in Lubeck. Good location for train arrival in late evening, nice walk to old town. Room clean & comfortable with good standard of furnishings. Lounge a nice area to sit in for anbevening drink in icy weather, friendly and efficient staff.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy and good for our two nights. The kids enjoyed baths in the bath tub.

The hotel is perfectly located between the station (5 min walk) and the old town (15 min walk). The hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. Breakfast is fine. But beware! The photos of the selected rooms do not correspond to the actual layout and size of the room. Photos of the standard room are of the Superior and higher class rooms. So don't just to go by the photos. They give the wrong impression. The rooms are very sleekly decorated, which sometimes makes them seem uninviting. Otherwise, a fine hotel.
