Reception staff were not as friendly or helpful as we normally experience at Mercure hotels.

We got a good sized quiet room which was much appreciated. Unfortunately the parking was full, and the parking garage nearby was quite expensive. Also the location right next to the bus and rail station made the traffic in front of the hotel a bit scary when you arrive by car. Very nice staff, perfect walking distance to old town.

Nice hotel. I normally stay at the Ibis in Lübeck but tried the Mercure for a change. Rooms are nicer, but parking more dufficult. Quite a few stairs to reception and t From the lift to my room on top floir

Despite the fact that we had only booked a single night, the very friendly employee had made sure that we both got a nice renovated room, which also had the most quiet location. Moreover, she was very informative in relation to our options for eating dinner. Definitely a place we want to visit again for a longer stay
