Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. We are sorry that the parking situation was not as convenient as you had hoped. We would like to point out that our hotel is one of the few hotels in the city centre that offers its own outdoor parking spaces as well as underground garage parking. As these spaces are limited, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis and unfortunately cannot be reserved. If our parking facilities are fully occupied and the nearby public parking garage with its associated costs is not a suitable option, we are happy to recommend free parking in the surrounding side streets. Please feel free to speak to our reception team during your stay – we are always happy to help you find the best parking option.
