.. friendly and well prepared night porter (arrival at +- 01.40 a.m.) .. room this on the silent side - meaning not on the side with noisy machines on your flat roof .. friendly receptionist in the morning as well

The reservation was made for a standard room with a double bed and sofa. We were two adults. The sofa to sit down and lay your things. The received room had the double bad and a child's bed. I went back to the reception and tried to explain that like to have a sofa in our room. The receptionist could not understand the request and with poor English confused me and himself. He insisted that we need three beds and told that the place is fully booked. Additionally we served another person in German in the middle of my turn. Finally, when the discussion was heated, the receptionist accepted to come to the room. There he tried to modify the child bed, but did not know how to do it correctly. Finally he managed to do it half way and left the room. The last stay at this hotel.
