This is my go to hotel for hospital visits and it never lets me down

Good Location for Liverpool Hospital

The room was nice and clean and comfortable but from the start it was very cold. After several attempts to rectify this with reception staff over a period of 4 hours we still had a cold room with cold air blowing at us form the air conditioning unit. After a stressful few hours of trying to sort the situation we gave up due to a pending early hospital appointment the following day. We found the reception staff initially helpful but they were unable to resolve the situation for us. We stayed in room 1301 and would ask the hotel to check if the heating is faulty or if the heating system is not powerful enough to heat the room

Stayed one night for work commitment, check-in was no issue. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything well regarding facilities, breakfast etc. I was upgraded to a Studio Apartment which was a nice surprise. A very spacious room with all amenities. The only thing I was disappointed with in regards to the room was the bed linen, pillows and duvet. For a room of this calibre this wasn't up to standard. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, some items were cold (I was there 10 minutes after opening) and sausages was not cooked properly as almost a bit "soft inside" while being browned outside. Could also be a better selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Taking the price into consideration things should be improved. Did not have any pastries etc. so cannot comment. Coffee is ok and various juice's available but very standard quality. No parking and the parking closest to the hotel is about a 5 minute walk in a parking garage which seems very secure. a bit pricey and I wasn't informed of any special rate for hotel guests which is often normal in other hotels. Did not eat in the restaurant except for breakfast.
