A one night stay at the last minute. We were greeted politely and efficiently and upgraded to a suite. The room was fabulous. If I ever need a longer stay in Liverpool then this room would be perfect. An excellent location for the hospitals.

Stayed for three nights while attending the Grand National, rooms are very modern and clean. Bath robes and slippers provided, along with a safe, fridge, ironing board and iron, and tea and coffee supplied. Rooms are very well soundproofed, so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. Only gripe with hotel and it’s really petty, is we were on 11th floor, so coming down to ground level could take a while, with all the lift stops along the way.
