Stayed one night for a business trip. Location was excellent, within convenient walking distance from my meeting hosted by the University of Liverpool and only a short walk from the station. Room was well appointed and comfortable.

Lovely new hotel and noce rooms although noticed Shower holder screws coming out wall. Meals overpriced and not well presented although tasty. Kids meal for example was 3 slices of pizza and chips. Adult meals no side salad . Tea coffee and sweetener in rooms not replenished and had to ask 3 times. Early morning receptionist delivered 3 milk and no sweetener. Asked same receptionist when heading out that we needed more and she referenced delivering them earlier but wasnt enough. Came back in and still no milk or sweetener although other items replenished . So back on the phone. Also had to make another call as loo roll not replenished. Small things but shouldn't have to request more than once. Hotel is convenient but in hindsight would have been easier booking city centre one for ourselves personally.

We arrived to excellent customer service by the receptionist. Our room was spacious with great facilities, comfortable beds and the housekeeping team were great. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice
