Very good breakfast, good facilities, and a great service by the staff. We appreciated the helpfulness to resolve all issues. However, the lack of sufficient sound isolation from the noisy street affected our sleep and rest, which is a number one priority in a holiday. Given that this is a 5-star-hotel, it was a big minus of the whole experience.

Our overall experience was good, however as discussed also with the general manager and the front desk employee the New Year's eve night for us was a nightmare. We have paid more than a regular room to have the view of the river and we ended up being in a party until 3 am in the morning due to a New Year Eve Party organized by the hotel outside just below our room. We were supposed to leave from the hotel at 6 am for an early flight so it was literally a nightmare to be in that situation. After our complaints they decided to gift us with a complementary transfer for the airport but my initial request was for a refund of the night or at least a refund of the different between standard room and the one with the view ( since in the stardand one , being on the opposite side of the Hotel the music was not that loud).

Hi there! I just want to leave some private feedback and I do not want to offend anyone, just want to help improve. The design of the bathroom makes it so the entire bathroom leaks and water gets everywhere from the showers and sinks. The cleaning could be more thorough. The spa also was not what I expected, it didn't seem like the masseuse knew what she was doing at all, and the table was horribly uncomfortable and I was laying on a towel instead of a sheet, it just didn't seem like the luxury spa experience as advertised. Also the pool isn't usable past 130pm due to the sun going away, which would be a big bummer to a lot of guests. We have stayed at other ALL Accor properties and they have been a top notch experience which is why we chose this property, but it was not as expected.

Nice hotel and well maintained. The location is excellent: quiet yet various restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The view is stunning on the river and renovated harbour. Breakfast is good. The staff is kind and helpful.
