We had very enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely helpful. The food in all the restaurants was excellent. Except for an incident where our booking in a restaurant was ignored and we had to go to the town to have dinner.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, we loved our room even though it was just the 'cosy' category, it was plenty big enough and had great amenities. We particularly liked the fact that there is a steamer in the wardrobe - genius idea. We are quite early risers, so we would have liked for the adults only infinity pool to be open earlier than 11.00. We absolutely loved the gym, one of the best hotel gyms we've ever been in. We also had our first Cryotherapy which was great. It was unfortunate that as we visited outside of peak months as a lot of the restaurants/bars were closed. This meant we could only eat at Society for lunch, which was lovely, but would have been nice to have somewhere different to eat. The WhatsApp function was absolutely brilliant and any questions were answered incredibly quickly and efficiently, we loved it. The QR code on the sun beds was absolutely brilliant for ordering food and drinks to our sun beds. The staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional, super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and very well maintained
