Good hygiene and hotel functions well. Room is small and bed was worn out - not good if you have a bad back.

No kettle or free water in the room. Reception says milk is free, but at the bar they charge 5 CHF, and you have to go back and forth between reception and bar to get it. In the end they only give free cold milk, while hot milk costs extra, which feels misleading. Instead of confusing “free milk,” the hotel should provide basic amenities like an in-room kettle and complimentary water bottles.

Very central location. Room clean. Bathroom was unusual but worked better for us than other hotels. A fridge and a safe would have greatly improved our stay

Located close to HBF. Housekeeping not well done, still found trash beside the bin. Booked triple, got handicaped room. No kettle but coffee/tea/water provided at lobby area.
