The location of the hotel was wonderful. I was able to walk over from the train station, walk to restaurants without any issues. The hotel itself was nice too. Hotel staff helped me when the airline lost my luggage. Luckily the airline was able to find it and deliver it while I was out and exploring the city. The staff took it in and stored it until I got back. I would stay here again.

Easily accessible by public transport, train and car (car park on the spot). Very central in walking distance to the lake and most places in the centre.

The hotel is in a great location to Zurich city centre and HB (main train station). The rooms are small but comfortable. The only thing I would have preferred is that they provide a top sheet (though few European hotel do that). I found the heating to be very responsive. Overall I had a good stay. Please note that there is no kettle or iron in the room.

Stayed for the weekend after a business trip to see but more of Switzerland. As we were going to use trains from Zurich HB closeness to station was no. 1 requirement. Hotel is well located with many restaurants also closeby. The restaurant and seating area downstairs has a very relaxing vibe. The room was clean. Shower is part of room with a glass door so some people might not be comfortable depending on who you are staying with. There is curtain you can pull to separate bedroom and shower. The room is on smaller side so if you have big suitcases it could be problematic to move around. Nice colours in the room but didn’t understand the mirror on ceiling above my head . Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. Reception area also has tea and coffee which was a nice touch . Staff was also nice . Only criticism is 5 CHF for a water bottle . Got it for 1.25 CHF from shop. Cmon how much margin on water?
