Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, I had expected shower slippers to be provided. Before traveling to Switzerland, I requested information about the possibility of self-cooking in the room since I was fasting, but I did not receive a response. It was also challenging to find suitable fasting foods during breakfast. If there had been a form to indicate preferences, I would have stated mine. Nevertheless, it was a valuable experience, and I managed to adapt.

This hotel is convenient and close to rail station and easy accessible to trams and central zurich.staff very helpful and hotel room clean quiet and adequate for a short stay.Breakfast and service excellent.

We have never been in a smaller room than here. Shower in the bedroom?? no place for luggage? The environment of the hotel was great. The room was made for a midget.

I have stayed in many Ibis around the world and other hotels but by far this was my worst experience. My checking was not smooth. I was entitled for a discount but it not given right. So right after I checked into my room the Front office team came to my door and called me down to explain an issue and asked me to pay more. Furthermore, my housekeeping supplies were not refilled accurately even after 3 days. Thereon, with all the war going on my flight was delayed I was ‘kindly’ given late checkout until 5pm. On the day of my check out, housekeeping came knocking at my door from 8am until 12. Even after repeatedly informing them that I have a late checkout they didn’t understand. Later at 2pm, mind you there was a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign hung on my door, the housekeeping staff just walked into my room and my father was showering. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. No matter what, you do not enter a DND room, this is basic hospitality knowledge. Terribly disappointed with the professionalism that this hotel has.
