For the price the rooms are extremely tiny. Shower pressure was not there and the water temperature was not consistent. Some days being extremely hot and other days cold with no change. My toilet was broken every day and I had to call maintenance to fix it every day. Was only offered a new room on my last night but was not worth it since I was leaving the next morning. When I spoke with management they said that I didnt allow maintenance in the room to fix the toilet which was a lie since I was working from inside the room the entire stay and not once did I tell them they couldnt come into the room to fix the one thing I need

For 12 years i stayed in zona Rosa and decided to changecto this Novotel hotel. It was a great change. The hotel is nicr than where I stayed before. The breakfast was very good. Fresh omlettes and fruit. Thexstaff is great. So many great restaurants just outside the hotel. My new favorite

(I've copied my review that I wrote on TripAdvisor) Firstly I'd like to thank Hemburto for making our stay feel very welcoming. We initially had a minor hiccup when checking in, but Hemburto sorted it straight away for us! We stayed 5 nights and all staff that we came across were lovely. Thank you to Juan, Enrique, Gioughi and everyone else who made breakfast enjoyable. P.s The table bread is delicious 😋
