Dear Mrs. M., Thank you for taking the time to share detailed feedback about your stay. We are delighted that you found your room comfortable and spacious. It\'s wonderful to hear that you appreciated the tranquility of our accommodation, despite our proximity to a main road. Our team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, so we\'re pleased that you found the bathroom to be immaculate. However, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The issue with the shower on your second night is concerning, and we will have our maintenance team investigate this immediately. We also understand your frustration regarding the room being cleaned despite your request to save water. This oversight does not align with our commitment to sustainability and we will reinforce our procedures with our housekeeping staff. Moreover, we note your comments on the visibility of our check-in desk and will review this matter to ensure the reception area is easily identifiable for our guests. Regarding the parking fee, we appreciate your feedback and will revisit our communication to maintain transparency during the booking process. Nonetheless, we\'re grateful that you found our staff helpful, particularly in waiving the parking fee as an exception. Our car park is monitored to provide security and manage the space effectively, and while we do charge for parking to maintain this service, we regret if this was not communicated clearly upon your visit.
