Great welcome from the front-office team! The rooms are big and very funky! The swimming pool big extra with the heat Needs to be cleaned more often and around by the sunbathe The only big question? Why this hotel has the bar tenders and waiters??? They are horrible and rude not ,friendly at all I was almost afraid to sit and order something!

The hotel is nice. The location was good for us but its about 40 mins away from the centre of Madrid. The rooms were nice but we had a bad experience with the air conditioning. Being over 30 degrees outside, the a/c was only functioning as ventilation. The room was warm and we had to ask the reception to change us. They very quickly responded and move us to another room, which had the same problem. We couldn't sleep that night because the room was too hot. The following day, we complained and someone went to check the a/c. It improved but I was never impressed with it. With that said, I mentioned this to the receptionist on our check out and she was cordial and offer to reimburse one night worth of money and I appreciate that
